"My stay at YOHO The Macau Roosevelt was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's overall design has a Hollywood retro-chic vibe, creating an atmosphere that's both elegant and relaxing. 1. **Views and Environment:** The most stunning aspect was definitely the view! The sunset and dusk glow, whether viewed from near the hotel or from the room, was simply breathtaking. The colorful light reflecting on the sky and water, coupled with the expansive city skyline in the distance, made for incredible photo opportunities! 2. **Surroundings and Dining:** The hotel's location is super convenient, with a plethora of excellent local eateries nearby. During my stay, I got to savor some authentic local cha chaan teng (Hong Kong-style cafe) delights, including a scrambled egg and French toast combo with iced milk tea. I also checked out the famous old-school 'Mok Yi Kei' (dessert shop), truly experiencing the vibrant local flavor and culinary charm of Macau. 3. **Service and Facilities:** Check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly and polite. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding, allowing for a truly restful stay. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. "This time for our family trip to Macau, we chose Studio City. In a nutshell: everything about this hotel is great, except for the rooms. For nearly two thousand a night (breakfast not included), opening the room door was a disappointment. The space was average, and the facilities were quite old. The room view was nothing special. The room quality was basically on par with an older 5-star hotel costing a few hundred yuan. However, the room snacks and minibar were free, and they also provided children's toiletries, so the service was still very good. On the first floor, there are many food and beverage shops, and even a Donki. On the third floor, you can ride the Ferris wheel, and the outdoor pool is also excellent. The kids had a fantastic time."

The hotel's infinity pool offers excellent views and an expansive panorama, making it a perfect spot for photos and social media check-ins. 🛎️ Service & Hospitality (Birthday Experience & Communication) Front Desk Reception & Flexibility: ⭐️⭐️ (2/5) Late checkout denied: I requested a complimentary late checkout until 1:00 PM because I had a bungee jumping activity early the next day, but it was denied by the front desk, showing a lack of flexibility. Communication gap: During check-in, I proactively asked about birthday amenities, and the front desk verbally stated that the ”room had already been specially decorated.” Customer Service Responsiveness & Crisis Management: ⭐️ (1/5) Broken promise: Upon checking in, I found that the room had absolutely no decorations. Passing the buck and insensitive remarks: When I called customer service to inquire, they first claimed it was an ”oversight,” and then blurted out: ”It's so late now, you wouldn't need decorations, would you?” After I confirmed that I did, they bluntly stated they were understaffed and ”couldn't do anything.” Compensation: Ultimately, I only received a supermarket voucher worth 30 MOP as compensation, which felt very insincere and left the birthday celebrant quite disappointed. 💡 Summary and Recommendation Pros: The room hygiene is good, and the infinity pool is outstanding. Cons: The room's hardware and decor do not match the high price; the hotel's arrangements for celebrations/birthdays are chaotic, with inconsistent information from the front desk and customer service. Their responsiveness and customer service attitude need significant improvement. Overall review: If you're coming for the infinity pool, it won't disappoint you; however, if you expect excellent celebration services and flexible, considerate hospitality, the hotel's performance in these areas is regrettable."

"The hotel boasts fantastic views, well-maintained facilities, and excellent cleanliness. The breakfast spread is impressive, featuring a wide variety including lobster, and hotel guests get priority seating by the window without queuing. The service was superb! We were upgraded to an Eiffel Tower view room, and they even presented us with thoughtful gifts, wishing my family success. Furthermore, the breakfast restaurant staff were incredibly well-trained, with enthusiastic attitudes and professional, polite communication. Knowing we had to rush off after checkout, the hotel arranged a late checkout and sent a dedicated staff member to our room to help with luggage storage. The service was truly attentive and impeccable. This hotel's zero negative reviews on Ctrip are definitely well-deserved!"

"Overall, I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The facilities are magnificent, the room was very comfortable, and the service was remarkable for the vast majority of my stay. I truly enjoyed the experience and, in many respects, the establishment deserves its five-star reputation. However, I do want to mention an important point for future guests regarding the hotel's transportation service. On the night of the fireworks, the hotel transported us to old Macau. We naturally assumed we could also use the hotel's transportation to return after the event. However, upon returning, we learned that the buses were reserved for VIP guests and that we couldn't board. Therefore, I recommend that future guests clearly check with the hotel, before departing, if the offered transportation also includes the return journey and if it is accessible to all guests or only to VIP guests. This information was not clear to us, and we ended up having to arrange our own transportation to get back to the hotel. I can perfectly understand that a bus might be full or that the hotel has a particular policy for certain guests. What was most disappointing was how the situation was handled. A staff member spoke to us very abruptly and raised their voice, even though we were simply trying to understand how to get back to the hotel. I reported the situation to the hotel upon my return. I was listened to, but unfortunately, no one contacted me the next day to follow up or simply acknowledge what had happened. It's a shame, because apart from this incident, my stay was truly excellent. A simple gesture of attention or a follow-up from management would probably have completely changed my impression of this situation. Despite everything, I still have a very good overall impression of the hotel and the quality of its facilities. I just hope that the round-trip transportation service will be explained more clearly to future guests and that this type of situation will be handled better in the future."

The 35-meter high atrium and the slow ascent of the suspended transparent scenic elevators create an immersive, futuristic experience. Every photo taken here is picture-perfect, truly befitting a landmark hotel in Macau. The location is superb, nestled within the City of Dreams resort. It's connected to a shopping mall, offering a one-stop solution for dining, entertainment, and leisure. Traveling between the various resorts in Taipa is also incredibly convenient. The guest rooms are spacious and airy, with flowing curved designs that create a wonderful ambiance. The entire room is smart-controlled, allowing you to adjust lights and curtains with a single tap on an iPad, showcasing cutting-edge technology. The amenities are exceptional, featuring a full set of Acqua di Parma toiletries and a Dyson hairdryer. The bathroom is generously sized, and the electric partition door offers excellent privacy. All non-alcoholic beverages in the mini-bar are complimentary, with quality evident in every detail. The bedding is soft and comfortable, guaranteeing a good night's sleep. While the toiletries have a sophisticated fragrance and are excellent to use, I do have a small suggestion. Currently, they only include shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. It would be even more perfect if a body lotion could be added. Macau's climate tends to be dry, and having body lotion would further enhance the comfort of the stay. The 40th-floor infinity sky pool is an absolute highlight, offering panoramic views of Taipa. The atmosphere at sunset is simply divine, and it's incredibly photogenic. The hotel also boasts Michelin-starred restaurants and comprehensive spa facilities. The service is the most commendable aspect. The staff are professional and courteous, responding promptly to requests. From check-in to daily needs, their attention to detail is thoughtful and non-intrusive, making the luxury experience feel opulent yet unpretentious. It was a near-perfect stay. Whether for a leisurely vacation or a sightseeing trip, the Morpheus is well worth a dedicated visit. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Macau!"

"Definitely avoid the smoking rooms – they reek of damp and mold. The non-smoking rooms, however, are excellent, with fresh air and comfortable bedding. A big shout-out to Manager Cai for helping us switch rooms; it really saved our trip! The shower's hot and cold water mixing was a bit inconsistent, alternating between hot and cold every couple of seconds, but the water pressure was decent. While Sofitel Macau at Ponte 16's facilities are indeed a bit dated, its location is superb. It's just a 6-7 minute walk to Senado Square, and the bus stop right outside offers great connections everywhere. You can scan the QR code on the bus driver's window with WeChat to get a payment code, then scan that code on the sensor to pay for your ride with WeChat. And for a true culinary delight, Geng Ji Dim Sum, located near the hotel, is hands down the best Cantonese dim sum you'll find."
