The boat ramp is fully restored and operational. Be on the water in minutes after leaving the home.Steinhatchee offers some great fishing opportunities. Steinhatchee Marina and Sea Hag Marina are near the home, with boat rentals and fishing guides available. Boat slips are also available for renting at these locations. There is plenty of parking for your boat or golf cart, both under this stilted home and in front of the home. (Please note the home has a 10ft clearance underneath.) Security cameras are located on premises for your protection and your boats security. The Shells N Tails Rental is located in a quiet 4 unit complex. There are 2 homes in each unit, similar to a duplex. The 1200 sq. ft. townhome is located on the left side of the green home in 205A. The Master bedroom contains a king size bed with an on-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. A second bathroom is located across from the front bedroom. In the living room, a full pull-out sofa bed is also available. Comfortable sheets are supplied for all beds. Fresh towels and wash clothes are supplied in both bathrooms.
