Loch Fyne Hotel and Spa is a little gem in Inverary! The staff are amazing and the food and drinks were exceptional. We had our French bulldog with us and all the staff treated him as well as they did us. Can’t wait to return!

Just returned from an overnight stay. A truly fantastic time. From the front of house staff to the restaurant staff 100% service. I didn’t get the restaurant managers name but just wanted to say thankyou again to him. Dinner and breakfast was outstanding

Stayed at this hotel twice before and loved it. However, this time not as good. Room booked Classic double. Very warm room even with window open so not a good sleep. Nice and clean, good tea tray, standard toiletries in bathroom. Dinner bed and breakfast option was booked but no mention of a thirty pound limit when seated for dinner, or on my booking confirmation. The starters are around £15 each, mains start from about £24 and all deserts are £10. So unless you want a hefty bill just stick to a main course. Food not as good as the other times we stayed. Drinks- £15.50 for 2 pints of lager 1 with lime which I think is very expensive. Spoke too the manager Naill about my concerns regarding food, next day he moved us to bed n breakfast and we ate in the village. Nice touch of cakes in my room as it was my birthday. The setting is beautiful right on the lock but doubt I would stay again but never say never

This is a fantastic hotel for a weekend away. Spa facilities are fantastic, especially outdoor hot tub and sauna. Rooms clean and attractive, the most amazing tea station.

This place has it all. Beautifully designed rooms & public areas. Great staff & superb food. Would definitely recommend a stay here & would love to return in the future.

Spent four nights here made very welcome from the moment we arrived.Room was large and very well equipped.We ate in the hotel every night and the food was excellent as was the service one point we love and had 2 dogs of our own but don’t think they should in the dining room.Bar staff and reception very friendly..Lovely setting over looking Loch Fyne !

Fantastic base for Argyll trip. Staff were absolutely incredible. Bent over backwards to make our stay fabulous and always with a smile. Really great to have access to the pool, steam and salt rooms as part of our stay.

We had the same experience as a previous reviewer with the dinner, bed & breakfast package. We had booked this for our anniversary and were quite embarrassed when we were advised whilst ordering our meal that we were allowed £30 each, thereafter had to pay for anything above that. Again, like the previous reviewer I guess we both misinterpreted what was advertised and also the confirmation didn’t really clarify. However, our meal was delicious and all staff were excellent. After a conversation with the manager, we moved to the bed & breakfast package the following night and ate locally, where there was plenty of choice of lovely restaurants. This kind of marred what, otherwise, was a wonderful stay. Our room was perfect, we had a lovely afternoon using all the spa facilities, we both had treatments the next day which were amazing. In my opinion the bed and breakfast package is the better option as it leaves you open to choice for evening meals.

On a positive note the staff are very good, the spa treatments are excellent, dinner in the restaurant was very good albeit expensive, location good, lounge area good but view blocked by cars. Three issues - overpriced for the rooms, I have stayed in similar level for less. The dinner package is pointless - I had misinterpreted what I was getting (my fault I guess but the confirmation did not clarify) so I asked to use all my "allowance" for one meal. Told Ok then when came to check out was told I could not use it all because it did not cover drinks. What? I cannot actually use my own money because you have a rule! My view is the dinner package is a gimmick to get people to use the restaurant. Cold breakfast Ok but hot breakfast poor - not cooked to order despite staff saying it was, food was warm. Wouldn't go back.
