Very good price for the quality and accesibility, they helped a lot with my wheelchair and even said they will install a ramp soon. Very clean rooms and very friendly staff, close to Taksim Meydan and from there to everywhere with metro.

great small Boutique Hotel ...not much to expect but great location and very warm people who give you an excellent service. Good if you are not looking for high luxury but basic and clean.

I stayed at this hotel with my family for a week. It was very clean, quiet and had comfortable beds. It has a very good staff, especially Adam who is very friendly and does whatever he is able to make you feel at home.

I booked with Aziz direct via whatsapp around 3 weeks before my checkin date and he confirmed my booking. When i texted to reconfirm 1 night before my arrival he first replied 3 hours after my message and surprisingly told me no rooms available and when i tried to call to ask why is my booking cancelled without informing me … he opened the line twice and does not reply so texted him so he blocked me VERY RUDE VERY Unprofessional

Everything about the property was great! It's very close to Taksim Square, yet very quiet. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The rooms were cleaned every day and maintained well. Disliked - They don't serve breakfast in winters.

I would have been fine with the run-downness of the place (holy towels, black shower tiles etc) for the price and the location. But I had a really negative experience with a sexist staff member who clearly had certain ideas about a women travelling alone. It made me uncomfortable for the rest of my stay and I would never i back.

The hotel, located on a quiet side street in Taksim, was not bad in terms of cleanliness. There was only a problem with the bathroom drain and there was no problem except that they entered our room after we left the room and made arrangements without giving any cleaning instructions. You can stay.

Apparently the room was pleasant and well furnished, but soon after we realized that the room was dirty: used sheets with fur and hair, lots of dust, cleanliness of the bathroom could be improved.
However, the staff is very kind, they immediately changed the sheets, conveniently let us do a PCR in the room, kept our suitcases for us and gave us two bottles of water.
Excellent location, in the center of Taxim.
The most disappointing thing was that the guy at the reception wanted 200 lira at the reception to call a taxi to the airport, however the taxi driver was during the whole ride complaining to us as only 140 lira was given to him, when the average cost is around 180. In the end, to apologize on their behalf, we gave them the difference in price as a gift.
