Clean rooms,best open buffet breakfast ,professional and friendly hotel staff .Hotel has very convenient location very easy to take metro and taxi. Recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.

The staff were extremely helpful and nice. Umut the receptionist, Bayram the bellman, and Edvin were all super nice to us. Hotel was modern and clean. We were very happy to stay there

Worst experience ever in this hotel Not recommended for any one One star is too much Expensive money for this tiny hotel I reserve two connected room for 3 person We surprised theres no space for 2 !!!!! The rooms are too small All the hotel very small Breakfast room also is too small , no fresh breakfast There is no place to stay or move in the room Also The lights is not enough Noooo space , i can’t find tissue

This hotel is very very small which I knew from there pictures and there neighborhood . So if you don't have a car and don't need a parking it's ideal The hotel is clean modern and staff cooperate with you if you need anything. Small breakfast room has good and fresh things to offer If you like to walk in Istanbul and visit places This hotel is recommended.

Everything about my experience was excellent.
I have one problem with the breakfast. The toaster is an ancient piece of equipment that should be REPLACES as soon as possible.

Just great. From the friendly staff to the great rooms and design. If you like a modern look, this is your best choice. Great breakfast buffet too. Not one bad word to say about my Favorite hotel in Istanbul. Location is nearby metro and bus stops, and close proximity to the main street filled with shops and cafes.

The area was great and the staff were wonderful and very helpful ( not sure why the negative reviews on them ? Or maybe I got lucky ?) The only reason I wouldn’t give this a 5 stars is just the shower does not drain so your standing in a pool of water for your shower. I’ve honestly had this issue before with big hotels too so I’m not as fussy with it anymore, just wish they all fix their properties.
