The friendly hard working staff cannot compensate for the outdated, uncomfortable rooms, the heating is turned of or low at daytime...in winter... in Lapland. Breakfast is ok. The town offers multiple and varied activities in great surroundings.

food was good and the stuffs are very friendly..i had some accident with the sauna..the steam came out and the fire alarm were trigged..i was very sorry for what i did and they didn't give me a fine..thanks a lot!

I gave the hotel's amenities poor because the day we arrived it was almost midnight. The key card door in front of the hotel doesn't work. We had to wait on the street in front of the hotel for at least 20 minutes in -20C. We were able to enter the building because a hotel guest opened the door from inside. and received the assistance of a taxi driver Not from the help of the hotel staff. But the breakfast and location are good. There is a supermarket across the street.

Clean with everything I needed. The restaurant servers and hotel reception were friendly and efficient. The restaurant had lots of local dishes.

We were there for the second time and had a small holiday apartment. This is very functionally equipped. Completely sufficient for us as a couple. Only the beds could be replaced. But this is almost complaining at a high level. The staff were very friendly.

Absolutely amazing hotel, everything was highly satisfying and exceptional. The apartment is clean, spacious and modern, features a very well equipped kitchen, a private sauna, a great sized bathroom, a nicely furnished living room with a dining area and a separate bedroom. We liked that here are enough place for your stuff as there are spacious wardrobes in the apartment, so you could feel yourself totally at home, as you don't need to dress up from your luggage. Heat was perfect, we never felt cold. Bed is very comfy and has a great size. The area is quiet, calm and yet centered, easy to reach anything by walk. Last, but not least the staff was very nice and friendly all the time, they helped us whenever we had a question and never had to wait even for a minute at the reception to get someone who could help us. I have stayed at most of the worldwide known hotel chains and this hotel has definitely overperformed many of the big names. Would love to come back and I wish we could stay here for weeks or even for months as well. :)

Functional furnishings enhanced with beautiful accessories. Everything OK, clean, staff very friendly. There's nothing to complain about, but it wasn't above average either. Hence my rating between 4 and 5 stars.

This is an excellent place to stay as a couple or solo traveler. The staff are incredibly helpful and responsive. The guides are amazing. I really enjoyed the aurora hunt by car. The food at the restaurant was delicious. My room with the private sauna was perfect. There is no one that I saw to help with the luggage. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you have kids. It would be sort of boring. But I loved it

ホテルのすぐ前に大型スーパーがあるので買い物も便利。スーパーに食料も飲料も豊富。近くにお土産屋もあり環境には困らなかった。 年明けのディナーブッフェは豪華で味も良かった。

Recommended room type with sauna.

the hotel is ideally located close to Ivalo airport (count around 30eu for the taxi) the room was very clean like the rest of the hotel and tastefully decorated, a beautiful and large bathroom with a magnificent sauna , the breakfast is very good and varied, the staff is super friendly, welcoming and available, nothing to complain about except a small downside for the extra bed (mattress too soft), I recommend without hesitation

Overall experience 6/5, the staff, food, rooms and location are excellent! Also if you want to feel the magic of Finnish nature and winter atmosphere, then this is the hotel for you. The hotel also offers various services and trips. I would definitely visit again, thank you!
