Great location close to transportation. The breakfast was not great. Rooms are ok.

It's right in the city center, so it's easy to find and the staff are super friendly. Especially, the valet parking is very good. The breakfast is delicious and very good. This is a hotel I want to stay again next time. I recommend it

Very clean and nice place I recommend It is a nice place as a location, you will not have any problems right in front of the station for transportation.

The room was clean and lovely. Breakfast was basic but good. Nice lobby.

It's well located near the Besmane train and metro stations, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were helpful especially Emre (helped us organize a day trip to kusadasi), the breakfast buffet is basic and of average diversity...

It is not too bad but not good value for money. It is expensive for what it offers.

I was on a Turkey trip for 12 days. On this trip I visited about 8 hotels and unfortunately have to come to the conclusion that this is the worst ever seen. For the following reasons: - Hygiene - The swimming pool was dirty (and seems still to be reading other comments here) - I'm sure the water was not changed for a long time. The pool and the water was disgusting. - Bath towels which are used for the body are used as a carpet in the "spa". There are just towels lying on the floor. - hospitality - Unfortunately, the receptionists can speak little or no English. It's not tragic, but they don't even make an effort to understand foreign guests. - There was an bad work ethic on the air from the staff that made you feel uncomfortable as a guest when you trying to ask something. - One had valet parking - much appreciated. - Room - Rooms are small otherwise OK for the price. We actually wanted to stay in this hotel for three days, but decided to check out 3 hours after check-in and look for another hotel. As an excuse they said that the pools will be cleaned for us tomorrow. Total nonsense, because the pool has been like this for a long time.. I studied hospitality and I find it a pity how some hotels are run without any real interest in hospitality, they just have to make a profit. So I wouldn't recommend this house at all. Not even for an overnight stay.

Beautiful suite, with all mod cons and very quiet.

Hayatımda kaldığım en kötü otel ünvanına sahip oldu. Otele ilk girişimizde karşılama çok kötüydü. Otoparkı otopark değil evden bozma bir bina ve arabayı park etmek için her köşe dönüşünde 2 kere manevra yapmam gerekti. Resepsiyon çok ilgisiz. Otel girişinde otelde görevli olmayan bir sürü rahatsız edici insan bulunuyordu. Odaya daha önceden kullanılmış tuvalet kağıdı bırakmışlar. Ve tuvalet hiç temiz değildi. Gece çevreden gelen gürültüler vardı. Özellikle garın yanında olduğu için saatte bir gelen tren sesiyle uyandık.

This hotel is such great value for money.The room was spotles good size and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were extremely friendly most of them had perfect english and they were always ready to help you if needed. . I definitely will be booking to return next year. Its in a perfect location right beside the train station

The bed was too small and the mattress was worn, so my back hurt. The bed sheets, blankets, and towels were all dirty, and the bathroom was also moldy and the accommodation was not clean. The location is good, but I don't recommend everything else.
