The coldest welcome I have ever experienced in any hôtel réception in my life. The only non busy man in réception was rude, curt, cold, unwelcoming and obnoxious. The nicer I got the more odious he became. What a terrible first impression and for absolutely no reason. It must take considerable energy and focus to be so obnoxious. At the end of our tense rendez-vous I even said thanks for the warm welcome to which he grunted. Needs à job elsewhere that doesnt involve any people contact.

Excellent room for the money. Very clean, spacious and comfortable beds. Friendly, professional receptionist with a welcoming smile. Opted to pay the additional 14€ for 2 continental buffet breakfasts. Well worth the money. A simple selection of cheeses, cold meats, hard boiled eggs, various fruits, yogurt, pastries, bread. Hot drinks etc. Outdoor swimming pool looked fab from the balcony. (After a full day travelling didn’t use it!) Car park tricky if in a low slung car, ours caught on the ramps going down and up the underground car park. Allocated parking spot. Free WiFi got first night and subsequent 12€ charge for additional nights.

Rode via Ruesta on to the N240 to Jaca. The valley road was being graded, so gravel for miles. Hotel on the left after the Forte. Modern and basic with Garage parking for 5 Euros. Green exit switch on left, before exit slope. Easy stroll into olde town/Cathedral etc. Easy ride over the Cols in the mountains. I'd use again.

The hotel booked two different youth groups at the hotel..same night. Too much noise..late at night. Staff was unresponsive. I almost called police due to excessive noise. By 11:30 things quieted down..but earlier, doors were slammed, kids ran the hallways, and general noise from music, laughter, and chatter was overwhelming.

Great Customer service, great restaurant, pool was good.

Really good hotel and well located. Some noisy group in hotel during our stay but quietened at midnight. Really nice large room but small bathroom. Great to have walk in shower.

A one night stop over again. Stayed here a couple of years ago and was very satisfied and the same this time. Friendly & pleasant staff, nice size comfortable bedroom. Ideal location & on site parking with direct access by elevator to hotel reception or rooms. Pleasant bar and good value breakfast.

Nice stop off en route to France. The restaurant was unbelievable value. Three quality courses, two were quality seafood dishes, with wine for EUR 17 per head. The cooking was amazing, the chef was a great guy and the lady serving was wonderfully attentive. Worth staying for the meal alone!

Location is excellent with underground parking and nearby public car park spaces. Hotel staff were efficient and friendly. After one week they were almost friends. Room was clean, spacious, quiet and well equipped - although there are no drawers or wardrobe doors which is a bit odd. Climate control was good.All rooms have balconies and even those on the street did not have noise problems. Each room has a small fridge. Food (breakfast buffet & dinner table service) was excellent with good choices of fish and meat. Inclusive wines were Somontano and very drinkable. Nearby the old town centre and fort are within 10 minutes walk.

Spent a week here with a group walking in this fantastic area. Spacious rooms, lots of hot water for showers, mini fridge. Excellent food and friendly attentive staff in the dining room, especially Maria del Mar who was very efficient. Buffet breakfast with fresh fruit, yoghurt, bread, cold meats and cheeses and for those who like a hit bacon sausages eggs etc. Dinner was 3 generous courses, beautifully presented, very tasty. An excellent stay which I have no hesitation in recommending.
