The actual room is the same as the photo. There is a parking space. It is also very close to the convenience store. It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to Qixing Street Pedestrian Street and Dongmen Market. The counter is on the 2nd floor. The staff is very friendly. When checking in, it is recommended to tell directly where you are from. Booking on trip.com makes it easy for the front desk staff to check.

The place is just as advertised, clean and well maintained. Having a washing machine in the unit helped especially after our Hallasan hike. It’s easy to get around by bus, though do note that the buses that go to the airport (300s, 400s) from the closest bus stop do not have luggage storage so it might be a struggle during peak period. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the host is very kind and friendly!

I found this accommodation in a hurry because my flight was canceled due to the closure of the Jeju Airport runway, but it was very clean and the floor was warm with the boiler on, so I slept very well at night. Since they gave me a room at the end, I was able to rest more comfortably as I am a sensitive person. I saw that there was ample parking. Next time I go to Jeju, I want to use it again. I had a good rest. ^^

Nice spacious and clean room with washer and small kitchen. Excellent bakery around the corner and 15 min walk to the center of Jeju.

The location is nice and perfect for business travelers who wants to enjoy Jeju Island.

Ara Palace hotel is a simple studio hotel which is perfect for a short stay if you need to wash clothes, cook your own meals etc. it was clean and kitchen was well enough stocked although could do with forks and knives in the kitchenette. Fresh towels were available at reception each day if you wanted. Good location near Jeju city hall.

This is such a good place to stay! Ara the owner is a sweetheart and treated me really well. I highly recommend this place specifically because of her and how welcoming she is, I didn’t want to leave.

This is almost a self check in, check out. There was someone to greet us on check in and check out. But this may have been because we were foreigners. The hotel only provides small hand towels, so take one from their box at the office whenever you need more. No house service, so be prepared to empty your own bins when necessary. Everything you need to replace in your room, toilet paper, Towels, bin liners etc, are all accessible from the office. Not a bad place to stay if you only require a room to sleep and shower as we spent our days exploring Jeju. Not fancy, but totally comfortable.

In terms of value for money, it wasn't bad.

It's a villa-type one-room structure, so it's not unfamiliar. In winter, there is a bit of rain. It was warm and it was room 1004, so the sea view was good. The host is very kind..

Location was good as there is a convenience store and a bus stop nearby. It is more of a airbnb experience instead of a hotel but the host is friendly. One thing to note,the towels provided are of the smaller size.

First of all, the cleanliness of the towels was a bit poor. The dry smell is too strong. It was the first time I had such a smell among the towels in the lodging facility. It looks like it needs improvement. And I thought whether this is a hotel, resort, or pension in that I have to separate garbage and food.
