First of all, I went to the hotel and arranged a building for us. The room was very old and had poor sanitation. The bath water flowed into the bathroom. I called the front desk and asked to change it. I didn’t change it at the beginning. After a long time, I changed it. One room, thinking of staying for one night, I didn't ask for a refund.

I don’t know which great gods give a 4.7 score. The rooms are not soundproof, the facilities are outdated, and the mattresses are hard and sunken. Most of the two bottles of water provided by the hotel are reluctant.

優點：離景區近，前台有問必答，有問題響應速度快，停車有工作人員引導很方便，房間有涼拖鞋，洗澡方便
缺點：房間衞生不太乾淨，第一個房間的洗手間有黑腳印，淋浴間還有頭髮，感覺洗手間的衞生沒怎麼做，跟前台反映後，前台拿鑰匙換了旁邊的房間。但是衞生條件還是不太行，床頭櫃上有頭髮，洗手枱上都是白色的印子，不知道是牙膏還是洗衣粉之類的；墊高的洗手間跟牆壁縫隙較大，淋浴頭固定的而且銹跡斑斑，馬桶的衞生也比較難評。希望價格漲了，基本的衞生也保證一下。

住336。房間明亮，安靜。洗澡水量大，熱，舒服。前台接待和服務如家的感覺。前門和後院皆可停車。門口步行五分鐘麪店多多，三餐可以。景區走十分鐘，做個電旅行車（40元）一圈下來，就明白，古城怎麼回事啦！吃個魚麪，魚糕，粑粑，等等特色。到此一遊！

1.酒店設施相對老舊
2.地理位置好，出門離古城很近，到萬達在2公里內
3.在房間休息，工作人員來敲門敲醒了，結果是詢問你們是續住的還是新入住的？這種問題完全可以和前台溝通來解決吧，沒必要敲門打擾客人休息。
4.衞生間排氣扇不好使

從外表看酒店還不錯，但進入房間發現房間老舊，但與價格還是匹配的，不能要求太高。但還是建議衞生應更徹底一點，特別是窗户應有紗窗，因為半夜被蚊子咬醒。

酒店位於荊州古城對面，衹隔一條馬路，很適合去古城遊覽。酒店大堂達到四星級酒店的敞亮，但酒店衹有一部電梯，能滿足使用。酒店後院有專用停車場，並有後門直通大堂電梯。客房設施較陳舊，有浴缸房和淋浴房之分。選房時多看看。房間較大，燈光明亮。卧具良好。服務員晚上9點還在客房走廊擦地，酒店前台早6點給客人開發票，細緻入微，熱情服務。一百多塊錢的價格，不能要求太高了。謝謝！
