Jonkoping City, Sure Hotel by Best Western Reviews

Bed was clean and comfortable but the rest of the hotel just needs a good clean. Very friendly staff and great customer service. Bretfeast was awful the Pancakes was cold and rubbery and the Orange juice was just nasty dish walter I would recommend staying but have breakfast elsewhere

It is a old property marketed as a Best Western and a family hotel. Two different price points for the same hotel - weird. - We could not find Best Western signage on the outside of the hotel. It was OK, but overpriced. Not sure about the Sure Hotel change standards, I would have to stay at a few more to evaluate consistency,

Pretty good hotel with an amazing location

the building might be a bit aged on the outside but inside each of the room, it have what i need for this short stay. no no complaint

Very friendly staff, and the service was amazing. the hotel reception and rooms are old but still very clean and well maintained. comfortable bed. Clean bathroom. Good breakfast. Nice jacuzzi and sauna.

The hotel was great and even had a free jacuzzi with sauna which was nice :)

Bra service och bra frukost men mycket slitet

Despite the high rate, hotel looks old; forniture is pretty old and it does not look clean overall. Travelling more than 200 days a year i think it is the worst i stayed in last 10 years

We loved the family unit which included a kitchenette and separate bedrooms. Staff were helpful and friendly. Good value and convenient location. Thank you for a great stay!

Honestly the rooms need upgrading. The wooden floors are coming apart that i have got a piece of wood from the room floor stuck in my feet.

Staff was excellent, spa was relaxing, breakfast was great. Would highly recommend
