When I entered my room, all the lights were on as well as the TV. The bathroom had been used, soap package opened and washcloth on counter. Also a an opened Fedex package was on top of the desk. I notified the front desk but they didn't have any other rooms to move me too. I went to dinner while they re-cleaned the room. When I returned, my room key didn't work...it was stressful and I didn't sleep well. When I checked out, the gentleman at the front desk did apologize but never offered a reduction or future offer. Not cool!

I am disappointed that after staying here a month ago and finding the fitness center closed that it is still closed a month later.

The staff was amazing, the room was a little small, but it worked due to the staff! Thank you, Jacqueline Sarmento

The facility is in a convenient area and is quiet. However, this property is badly in need of an upgrade. The bathroom for our room was tiny, one of the two recessed ceiling lights didn't work, the ceiling exhaust fan didn't work either. The beds were substandard and not comfortable, one was lumpy while the other one sagged. The breakfast room was very small and not adequate for more than 20 people at a time. This property opened decades ago when breakfast didn't usually come with a room. The carpeting is old, the room decor is old, the room is poorly lit. The staff is doing their best with very little to work with. Luckily for this hotel, they have the most convenient and sought after location in the city. The property itself however is overpriced for the product they're offering.

We had no hot water in the shower. We reported this to the front desk and nothing was done. Also, the room was not made up for any of the three days we were there. While we were waiting in the lobby for our ride on the last day, we had to listen to the front desk person and another staff member talking very loudly to each other about how bad it was to work there and just generally complaining. I thought that was very unprofessional, given that they could clearly see there were hotel guests in the room. It was just annoying to have to listen to their complaining at top volume for 15 or 20 minutes. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable.

I had requested a handicapped room as I have Muscular Dystrophy so I need bars in the bathroom and space to bring my rolo walker into the bathroom…the reservation desk had no handicapped rooms available and had at least moved me to the ground floor. But to the furthest end. I could not get my walker into the bathroom, let alone deal with using the facility..my spouse had to help me to the toilet help me up and there was no way I could shower…I was totally disappointed with this. Then to get into the bed was a total nightmare. You need to keep the mattress lower for handicapped and elderly people.

I was happy with my 5 night stay. I feel it was a good value for the price. It was convenient for my reason to be in the area. The breakfast was good enough for low cost travel; there were several hot options and numerous other food choices. One unsatisfactory item: the front desk was unattended for at least 20 minutes one evening when assistance was needed. A sign was posted to acknowledge that no one was there, but there was no information on how to contact someone for assistance.

Paid premium price for a non premium stay. Pool was under maintenance, and gym was under maintenence. I would not have booked knowing this nor paid the premium price.

This is an old hotel that hasn't been updated. Bathroom is very small in room. No public bathroom. It is clean. Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast room is very small. Hot food okay.

i needed a clean place to stay for a night in Augusta and this Comfort Inn was good for that. The staff both at check in and check out were exceptional.

For $318 per night we had hoped the pool area would be clean and inviting. There isn't a hot tub like the pictures show. Very disappointing. Lots of cobwebs in the basement where the pool is. Our teenagers refused to use the pool area, which was how we justified the cost. Breakast was what we expected- frozen eggs and pre-cooked bacon with pastries and a waffle maker. The only caveat was that it was down a long hallway off of the hotel rooms and the room was full of construction workers which was intimidating for our kids to use the space. Room was clean, but definitely had an odor from the previous occupants which was concerning. Would not stay here again.
