It’s not an expensive place but definitely they can offer a better range of service and a better functioning elevator.

The experience was very good, the hotel is well located and the rooms are very spacious, the only negative thing is the internet signal inside the room is terrible......to the point of not connecting.

Stayed here for 1 night in a 6 beds room, nice room with toilet and shower, very clean all over,, staff in the reception was very nice/friendly, location was good, and easy to park the car on the streets around, can highly recommend this hotel.

The service is the worst! After accidental booking and request to cancel only two hours later, the costs for the two nights are still due. Even if we don't arrive at all. Answer: "Not possible!" If you have a lousy hotel, you just have to see how the money comes in.

Absolutely awful experience. It's advertised as a hotel/hostel. Well it's a hostel, definately not a hotel. we were kept awake all night by screaming kids chasing around the corridors. the building is built round a quad garden, this is where the kids spent most of the night shouting and laughing. We booked for 4 nights but got a refund and left first thing in the morning.

The pace was easy to find, and cheep. But the room was small and the cleaning could have been better.

The staff were, without exception, welcoming, approachable and helpful throughout my stay - and remarkably fluent in English. My room was thoroughly cleaned each day. The furnishings were basic but included everything necessary, apart possible from a glass tumbler. Despite seeming to have a large number of guests, I experienced complete quietness during the night. The hotel does face onto a busy road but my impression is that few of the bedrooms are on that side of the building. The dining room was open from 6.30am during the working week and from 7am at weekends and, I seem to remember, it was open for four hours on each occasion. Perhaps because of the extended opening times there was never any crushes during breakfast. It has as good a range and quantity of food as in many more expensive hotels. The hotel is in an excellent position for travelling in Berlin. Ten minutes walk from Acama hotel, in one direction, takes you to Hallesches Tor U-bahn which allows access to all parts of the city; while ten minutes in the opposite direction takes you to Meckernbrucke U-bahn which, along with an airport shuttle bus, gives direct access to Berlin Brandenburg airport. But frankly if you are moderately fit and not accompanied by children it is possible to walk to most of the main tourist attractions in central Berlin, from Acama. All-in-all I was delighted with my choice of accommodation and Acama hotel will certainly be my first choice for accommodation next time in Berlin.

The reception staff at the hotel are really amazing and helpful. The room was just perfect. Great location with everything in easy walking distance (Berlin is an incredible city to walk and experience). Would recommend and come back again.

We brought 20 students to Berlin on a STEM Tour. Acama Hostel is very central and comfortable for a school trip. Breakfasts and dinners in the cafeteria were great. Thank you to Maria and her team for making us feel so welcome each evening and serving very tasty meals. We will be back.

Clean rooms with excellent room service. Internet often did not work and staff could only recommend that I wait for it to improve. Mattresses were very thin and it sometimes hurt to feel the bed springs. Location is very convenient to the U-Bahn.

Staff especially Robert were amazing. Breakfast fab and only €10
