10/10 ( with no hesitation) This hotel is everything you could wish for… The food is amazing, such good quality every night. It’s ideally located with lockers provided in the main gondola for ease and a 5 min walk from the apres bars ( bonus) We had the best time, all the staff made us feel so welcome. Thank you so much. We will 100% be back. Can’t wait! The Pepper Fam x

Went for a week skiing with my 2 sons, and were here half-board. The room looked very new, with very good beds and clean bathroom. We enjoyed every morning a very extensive breakfast, and every later afternoon cake & coffee after skiing. A sauna before the dinner made the experience complete. The hotel is located at walking distance from the Kaltenbach main lift, and they offer ski lockers in the lift building depot, so all very comfortable. Friendly staff as well, so what does one need more?

Our first night in Kaltenbach Austria and we had trouble finding somewhere to eat as it was after 6pm on a Sunday. This is a nice restaurant with pretty good service. Clean bathrooms. Easy parking for our bikes. The meals were fine except for my Weinerschinzel which I thought was awful. One issue with dining in Austria is there is a lot of smoking and anywhere outside there is a lot of smoking.

Uns hat es ausgezeichnet gefallen, wir werden mit der ganzen Familie wieder kommen, unseren Enkelkindern wird es bestimmt sehr gut gefallen. Dir Nähe zum Skilift es sehr toll, man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen und die Skier können direkt im Skidepot gelagert werden.

Sehr gutes Familiäres Hotel 3 Sterne ++ Sehr gute Lage Optimal für Skifahrer Zentral und nah gelegen an der Talstation Hochzillertal. Das Hotel ist super Sauber Sehr Gastfreundlich ruhig gelegen, die Speisen werden alle frisch zubereitet und auf Wunsch selbstverständlich geändert oder angepasst. Das Personal allgemein sehr zuvorkommend. Chef und Chefin arbeiten Hand in Hand mit ihren Angestellten. Wir als Familie Groß wie klein hatten eine echt tolle Woche im Hotel Hochzillertal. Kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder.

Service ausgezeichnet, man merkt, daß es ein familiengeführtes Hotel ist. Guter Zimmerstandard. Ruhige Lage und trotzdem zentral gelegen. Buffet, Kaffeetafel und Abendmenue sind überragent gut. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wellnessbereich ausreichend.

Het hotel is gemoderniseerd en dit zie je direct bij het binnenkomen. Het restaurant heeft nog de gezellige, Tiroolse stijl maar oogt zeer stijlvol. Onze kamer daarentegen was oud en er lag nog vasttapijt. De badkamer, de gordijnen, het meubilair, alles gedateerd. Ik was op de hoogte bij het boeken dat we een oudere kamer zouden hebben (geen plaats meer vrij in de nieuwe) maar dat we uitkeken op koepels van het restaurant (denk ik) en voor de rest op een appartement achter ons, vond ik zeer jammer. De matras was erg hard. De kamer kon me dus niet bekoren. Meer dan positief vond ik de netheid in het heel het hotel. Alles was zo proper! Het ontbijt was lekker en het personeel zeer vriendelijk. De sauna, stoombad, infrarood waren ook een meerwaarde. We aten ‘s avonds ook een keer in het restaurant en dit was zeer lekker. De wijnen zijn heerlijk. Ik zou dit hotel dan ook aanraden en zou zeker teruggaan maar dan wel in een vernieuwde kamer 😀

Wir wahren im Juni und September je 7 Tage im Hotel Hochzillertal in den Ferien. Es ist wie jedes Jahr immer ein Erlebnis in diesem Hotel Ferien zu machen. Das Auto wahr die ganze Woche in der Hotel eigenen Garage...... Wir wahren jeden Tag mit dem ÖV Zillertal-Bahn, Zillertal-Bus und Bergbahnen unterwegs, trotzdem das meine Frau , Sie kann sich nur im Rollstuhl (E-Antriebs Hilfe) mit meiner Hilfe Fortbewegen. Wir Danken dem ganzen Personal von der Direktion bis zum Zimmermädchen für den super Service vom Frühstück bis zum Abendessen, denn unsere Wüsche wurden alle super erfühlt. Wir können das Hotel sehr gut weiter empfehlen, den hier ist der Gast der König im ganzen Hause.... Wir kommen im Juni und September 2024 wieder,
