The room is quite large for the size in Japan. Complete facilities with onsen and free ice cream. Also get udon every night. The location is also good, very close to Kanazawa station.

This is definitely the best choice for hot spring lovers! The breakfast spread is amazing, and the late-night snack is delicious! I'll definitely stay here again when I come back to Kanazawa.

Decent sized twin room convenient location short walk from Kanazawa Station east entrance. Fabulous Natural Hot Spring opened overnight, tasty shoyu noodles provided for supper. Seamless checkin and check out. Professional and polite staff.

Always been a big fan of the Dormy Inn chain, guaranteed a nice onsen and delicious supper and breakfast. Checking in and out is a breeze. This hotel is located steps away from the JR station as well as bus terminal, very easy to hop on a bus to tour the city. Highly recommended.

Very conveniently located near the train station. Excellent value for money. Loved the onsen and variety of amenities like the complimentary snack and yonaki soba. Breakfast was good for the price.

Right across from Kanazawa Station, this hotel is super convenient with Aeon Mall nearby. Getting around is a breeze, and there are tons of places to eat at the station. I loved that the hotel has a public bath and a warm bowl of ramen at night really hit the spot. It's just a shame I didn't get to see any snow!

Excellent stay! The room was quite spacious, breakfast was great, and the hot springs were a nice bonus. It's also super close to the train station. Definitely worth staying again. None of the negative issues I'd seen mentioned elsewhere happened, so I'm happy to give it a good review.

This is a chain hotel, and although it's a bit older, it's well-maintained. I tried the breakfast that my friend highly recommended, and the ingredients were fresh – it was indeed good. They also offer free ramen at their late-night dining service.

Overall, it was good, but for consecutive stays, they don't clean the room. There should at least be towels and trash bags hung on the doorknob, right? But there weren't any, not even trash bags. 😂😂😂 Everything else was fine.

Best location - right next to malls and train station is few minutes away. cozy room and bed. Hot spring is wonderful with sauna too!

Great location, close to the station, making it very convenient for getting around. They have a hot spring bath on the rooftop, complete with free ice cream and Yakult. Plus, there's complimentary soba noodles at 9:30 PM. However, the room is quite small; we couldn't fit two 28-inch suitcases in it.
