The front desk staff were polite and warm, and I was very impressed. The room was much larger than I expected, and the shower and toilet were separated by a glass door, which was comfortable. You could choose an interesting book from the floor full of books to read in your room, and the coffee and tea service in the lounge made you feel relaxed. The breakfast was great! It was delivered to your room in a basket, so you could enjoy it at your own pace. I felt excited when I opened the basket, and I was happy that there was a wide selection of vegetables, including salads and soups. *You could choose from three types of food. I ordered quiche, which was delicious. I recommend getting breakfast included!

The hotel is new and clean. It's close to Karuizawa Station. The front desk is underground, which is very convenient. The room is quite large, the bedding and quilt are comfortable, and the facilities are complete. I would stay again!

The breakfast basket was very warm and delicious. I was traveling alone, so the staff member who delivered it to me with a smile in the morning allowed me to have a refreshing breakfast. The omelette and sausages were delicious. I was also able to borrow books from the library and read them, and with classical music playing, I was able to spend my free time comfortably. I would definitely like to use this service again if I have the opportunity.

The hotel is a 7-8 minute walk from the north exit of Karuizawa Station. There are Lawson and Family Mart nearby. The main building where I stayed has a large room, a large bed, a large bathroom, a dry and wet three-way separation, and looks quite new. Their TOTO toilet is one of the most fully functional in Japan, and I want to have it. According to the comments, the main building is old, maybe compared to the new building on the other side. There is a "library" on the first and second floors of the hotel, but unfortunately I don't understand Japanese. The hotel can rent bicycles, electric bicycles, and tandem bicycles directly. It takes 20-30 minutes to walk from the hotel to Kyu-Karuizawa and Kumoba Pond. I rented an electric bicycle to go to Shiozawa Lake, the Plateau Church and the Stone Church in Naka-Karuizawa. Karuizawa Outlet is at the south exit of the station, and you can cross the overpass from the north exit to the south exit. I went there in the wrong season this time, and I will go there again next time and I will choose this one.
