I was not able to check in due to delay of flights so I will not stay in Kathmandu for that night. I wrote to cancel booking but the hotel rejected and offered to keep booking for the next day. I tried to arrange to change the date of my booking from 28 March to 9 April (instead of 9 March because I am not yet in Kathmandu). The hotel rejected without giving any reasons. I wrote them a letter twice but they are radio silence. ù

The staffs are very kind. We check out really early in the morning, and the staffs helped to pack the breakfast for us.

Location is ok. Room facilities are ok. Not the best for this price.

Everything Good

The service of the hotel is very good. It is very rare to have such a hotel in a country like Nepal. There are only occasional power outages, but the call comes immediately and there is a short power outage. The facilities inside the house are also very good

The location of the hotel is a bit remote. If you go out by taxi, you need help from the front desk to call a taxi. The room decoration is very new and the service staff are also very enthusiastic. The breakfast is average and you can eat enough.

The hotel is very good, a five-star hotel in Nepal. The conference room is large and the acoustics are also very good. The restaurant on the 2nd floor is great and the room is huge. Hot water comes out quickly.

Very good service attitude

A group of 4 families stayed here for about 6 days during our visit to Nepal. The staff is extremely cordial and helpful. The staff are well-trained, friendly, and hospitable from the reception desk to the kitchen. The food is delicious. The rooms are clean and big enough to move around. I recommend this Hotel while visiting Nepal.

Hotel is excellent in service and food is mouth watering staff are so polite and humble I can’t express in words I feel home away from my home I will definitely visit again this property and I would like highly recommend all to visit while you are in Kathmandu Nepal

Best hotel , very humble and careful staff … they are very helpful . We would like to thank them for providing extra hour staying . Food is good …. Over all good experience . Staff made sure the stay is comfortable and very much supportive . We had a great time . All facilities are there

Hotel was outside city centre area. Food was very bad and restaurant staffs are very slow. Amenities are not also good. It is not 5 star. Wastage of money. Can get better hotel on same price .
