Really enjoyed our holiday to Gouves Water Park, it’s very clean, lots to do, the food is amazing and the staff are lovely. Very close to the beach as well if you fancy a different kind of day. The children’s entertainment was brilliant, our little boy loved the mini disco.

We went with 5 adults and two children in May 2024, absolutely outstanding place, we will definitely come back! The staff were amazing so helpful, hard working and friendly they couldn’t do enough for us. The food was lovely, especially the gyros from the snack bar for lunch! Very clean place! The slides and splash park are fantastic! My boys absolutely loved it there! The entertainment was great! A short minibus distance to the dinosaur park and aquarium, which was brilliant there aswell. So many pools around that there was always enough sun loungers to go around. The only thing I would do differently next time is go June/July/August time so it’s warmer as it did get chilly come the evenings but obviously that’s no fault of the hotel whatsoever. Definitely highly recommend, my kids had a blast and none of us wanted to come home :D

Had a lovely relaxing massage at the Spa with Giota 😊 water parks are great although the water is still a little cold in May. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. I would definitely come again, but maybe later in the year when the water is warmer.

Had a massage with giota in the spa, was very relaxing and professional, I found the ambience was very nice and giota made me feel really at ease. After I had my massage I used the spa facilities which was the cold bath and sauna. The cold bath was lovely and so was the sauna.

Fast transfer and check-in and check out Very friendly, helpful staff Exceptionally clean in all areas Cheerful staff throughout the day/night Fast service Inclusive Street food was a huge bonus Short walk to the gorgeous beach Close to stores and gift shops Lots for kids to do Entertainment mainly for children First aid and medical attention on site Friendly bar staff who have a laugh Our cleaner was lovely, hope she received our tip, was a shame I didn't get to see you before leaving All in all brilliant place for families

Great place for families with young kids. The staff were lovely and helpful... service with a smile, the accommodation was lovely and clean with housekeeping and towels changed every day, the resort was spotless and the food was very good quality, with lots of choice. The entertainment was not the best but as our holiday was very early in the season this was expected, the area was very quiet with not a great deal of variety. All in all the whole experience was a well deserved 4/5

The drinks at this hotel are simply awful, as a family who drink very little alcohol, it’s important that the quality of the soft drinks are better quality than what is offered at this hotel, the lemonade tastes like Jeyes fluid, and the Coke is nasty. The restaurant quickly got nicknamed as the school ‘canteen’, as it is so loud, not enough tables, causing extensive queues in the evening for dinner. The food is good quality with plenty of variety and cooking stations. Upon arriving our party was charged €10 per night for a five star hotel, this hotel is NOT 5 star. We had to pay to play tennis, and when visiting the beach, we were charged €10 euros for sun-beds, with no facilities available for guests at the beach, such as toilets or refreshments. The animation team is fantastic, they work so hard and they are always enthusiastic and entertaining. With a few tweaks, this hotel could be great, but as things are, we will sadly not return.

I don't know where to start, This place is amazing, We arrived on Monday and unfortunately our room was at the bottom of the hill, this was totally unacceptable as my wife has restricted movement and uses a walking stick. On Tuesday morning they moved us into a room near to all of the facilities and this has made our holiday perfect. Now onto the Resort.... How anyone can complain about anything is beyond me perhaps their expectations are too high. The choice of food is superb at all meal times and all day long. The staff cannot be more helpful, nothing is too much trouble everyone without exception does everything they can to make everything perfect. I don't know what more you can want. This place is excellent. Thank you everyone.

The perfect place if you are travelling with children. More than enough activities to keep the whole family entertained. Several swimming pools you can use, including one with glides. The food was great, both in the main restaurant as well as the food from the kiosks. Staff is very friendly.
