The location is very good, but the room is relatively small, there is no refrigerator, the air conditioner is very noisy, and there is no sound insulation. There is a lot of noise when walking upstairs and downstairs.

Close proximity to the mall and breakfast restaurants. It would be nice if there was a park nearby but otherwise the lofts are great for families.

Sadly, when I reserved my room I wasn't informed that both restaurants would be closed because of the staff Christmas party.

We really liked the front desk and their eagerness to help find what we were looking for as well as making us feel welcome. Also the building was very classy and a bit of a past elegance and and ease feel＜3

This place is nice and clean... front desk attendees were somewhat helpful. I was advising them about some security issues with my room and got an eye roll. I like to feel safe in strange places... no security cameras... main floor room windows showin pry marks and very thin and easy to break into...

At the time of booking I wish I had known the hit tub had been out of order. Other than that the staff were all amazing and helpful.

The hotel is older, but it's still in very good shape. Very central to everything in town. The staff are very kind and helpful. The room was very clean. I have stayed here many times and never been disappointed.

The big spot lights shinning thru the big windows.
Just shear curtains do not keep the light out

Liked the location. Very central to shopping and restaurants. Pleasant Staff. Reported Bathroom Sink not draining twice during our stay. Maintenance checked the Tub instead, so he was confused. Reported the Plugged sink a second time and nothing was done to rectify the problem. Reported noise on staircase and in halls on 4 occasions as it was past 11 pm. Nothing was done.
