Warm and helpful staff, clean/comfy rooms, excellent breakfast and lovely grounds. This was a pleasant way to sleep off jet lag and acclimate to Africa before heading out the next day for Victoria Falls. Uber Eats delivers and the compound seems very secure.

I ended up not getting into the gate. Its in the middle of a ******* hood. You will be navigating ******* to get there. Infact its a ******* hub. Dirty ghetto neighborhood. Lost my money . Wonder why trip gives such a place as an option

Booked based on reviews. I was disappointed. Grounds very pleasant to look at but overall needs a lot of maintenance even the sunbeds which look tempting are unusable due to damage. The rooms need maintenance and are run down, my bathroom also had a musty smell. OK for a 1 night stop but very inconvenient for anywhere other than airport, eg taxi into Town 600 ZAR! Also no sound proofing and very noisy with planes and people checking in and out at all hours.

I waited 30 minutes outside the gate when I came back to the property around 9:45 pm , nobody tend to the buzz and nobody answer the phone call , terrible

Excellent, propre et bien aménagé , Guest Lodge ,qui est situé très près de l’aéroport . Le personnel est courtois et offre toute l’aide nécessaire. Possibilité de commander un repas à un prix très avantageux.Nous le recommandons fortement!

Beautiful property, staff is friendly, polite and helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean and cute... I loved the bathroom, especially the dresser...pleasantly surprised with the heater and the plush blankets. Would definitely book again but probably in the warmer months for the great pool and entertainment area.

Close to the airport which is highly convenient. I just wish they had more basic amenities like Tissues and bottled water at least. Comfortable bed. The only other issue was being able to get hold of the hotel from this app and also arranging a shuttle to the airport the next day. We were told we'd be given transport and then on the morning we were told they over extended their services so we had to catch an Uber instead. Staff are friendly and helpful. Would recommend as an overnight stay to catch flights.

The place is clean, safe and staff very friendly. I was in room 14 and there's no air con in that room. It was freezing but eventually the lady brought a portable heater!

Lovely property. Quiet and hidden away. Catered to all needs. Short term stay. Was able to extend stay without any problem. Staff friendly and accomodating. .Property safe.
No AC, guest amenities though.

The lodge is located in a dodgy area. We did not feel safe and there was loud music from neighbouring businesses. We were disturbed by loud talking and noise from adjoining rooms. It is run down and needs maintenance. The pool was not clean, the carpets tired and dirty. The DStv program bouquet is very limited and there were no guest supplies other than liquid soap. The bathroom was spacious and clean, but the towels were old and frayed. The pillows were past their useful life. The curtains were opaque and in poor repair. The shuttle service to the airport was excellent. This is not a keeper for us and we were disappointed that ********** carries properties like this one on its books.
