Air-cooled rooms were just below average, they dont provide air coolers, they just have fan inside. Rooms are very old and had foul smell inside, and doors damn old snd no proper hangers inside the bathroom.

Hotel is nearest to khatiya gate entrance. Parking on roadside available. Rooms are good but will miss wow factor.

Hospitality at its peak. Nice location to visit the park. The owner mr. Dinesh makhija hinself looks after every little requirements of the visitirs. Staffs are polite and well manoured. Foods served here were out of our expectations. We enjoyed the stay here very much.

Nice cosy room. Newly refurbished room, bathroom was cleaned and bad was comfortable. Nice lobby with some sort grand old fashioned decor staffs were very friendly and service were excellent. Definitely will come back y=to stay here as my hotel of choice when i'm at kanha

Good budget hotel. The food is decent but can be improved taste wise and quantity of oil was too much as well. The rooms were very good though and the property’s location is really good as it’s quite close to the khatiya’s gate.

Myself with my family visited from 31dec to 1 jan. Excellent place to stay, room are clean and well maintained all staff are supportive and cool in nature. Food taste is very good. No hidden charges in tarriff Hotel manager Mr. Dinesh Makhija is very gentle person supported well for everything. He arrange safari for us also all arrangements made for 31st celebration in hotel seperately for each group with veg & non veg buffet. Overall PAISA WASOOL TRIP. Prashant kusasray. Bhilai, Durg(c.g)

Very bad behaviour all staff is not good and the owner has taken lot of money he has taken lot of money firstly I have cancel the hotel 1 week ago he has tell me when it will sell i will refund the money and room is selled on that day but he has taken half charges from me it's totally froud

Motel chandan is nearest stay from kanha entry gate (khatiya. Hotel staff are good mannered and co-operative. Enjoyed the trip.
