Rooms are nice ad large with local decoration. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast is good and includes fresh fruits and eggs cooked to order. Hotel has an excellent location (walking distance to everything) and was recently renovated. Be aware that hotel only accepts payment in cash.

Very good hotel. Location is in Ichan Qala but in quiet area. Clean and spacy rooms. Delicious breakfast. Machine coffee. Checked in at 8 AM which was very kind and we could rest after night flight. It could be better if there was a kettle in a room to make tea.

Nice boutique hotel, the ambiance and decor is pretty traditional; spacious colorful room, convenient old town location, breakfast good. The staff was helpful, although people there are generally reserved in their countenance. There is an underutilized rooftop- one call walk on it and has good sunrise and sunset views (although better sunset from the observation tower near the palace) but they could set up tables, chairs, etc and it would be a very nice place for views.

A lovely hotel with comfortable rooms, delicious food and friendly and helpful staff. It is located close to the old town with all the sites in easy walking distance. There is free wifi, parking just outside the hotel and the rooms have a/c.We have been twice now and will come again.

We had a fabulous stay at this hotel in the heart of the old city. The interior is beautiful and have kept the old style decor in a new building. The staff are so friendly, very accommodating and super responsive to my emails in advance of our stay to help plan the trip!

Very nice and clean hotel. The location is prime, steps away from the historic sites you would want to explore during your trip to Khiva. A little pricey, but overall it is a good place to stay. We had no issues at all.

Abbiamo pernottato 2 notti in questo hotel nella zona Old. Le camere sono un poco piccole i bagni con la vasca a doccia sempre pericoloso poi non ci hanno rifatto la camera. La colazione è migliorabile in europeo.. forse in alta stagione è meglio… ma io non c’ero!

La sensazione, lasciando l’hotel, è quella di aver soggiornato in un luogo di fasti passati: le camere ampie, ben decorate, ma con le piastrelle del pavimento del bagno crepate e il lavandino in bagno bucato e crepato; i letti comodi ma con il lenzuolo sotto che non copre del tutto il materasso; l’acqua calda che arriva solo a sera (ma questo può essere un problema generalizzato della città…); la carta igienica che va gettata non nel water ma nel cestino accanto… che l’ero è senza il coperchio. La colazione è varia e buona. Tutto sarebbe comunque vissuto meglio se ci fosse un’accoglienza diversa: la reception proprio non funziona. Il ragazzo parla molto male l’inglese, ha scarsissima memoria e ogni volta dovevamo ricordare che avevamo prenotato tramite agenzia, che avevamo già pagato, che saremmo rimasti una notte. Peccato

L'hotel si trova appena dentro le mura. La camera singola è piccolissima, a malapena c'è spazio per il letto singolo e risulta troppo scomoda. La pulizia è da rivedere, soprattutto per quanto riguarda la coperta del letto in cui ho trovato peli e capelli incastrati; mentre, per quanto riguarda il bagno, la pulizia è sufficiente. Non consigliato.

L' hotel è semplice situato molto vicino ad una delle due porte della cittadella. Pulito ed essenziale ha un' unica pecca è privo del frigo bar nelle stanze essenziale in questo Paese dove le temperature d' estate sono altissime. La colazione è variegata e buona il caffè ottimo. Staff gentile e disponibile. Lo consiglio

Hotel con encanto a la entrada de una de las puertas de Jhiva. Precioso por dentro. Muy bien situado al lado de todo caminando. Desayuno muy bueno y atención de los dueños, exquisita. Las habitaciones decoradas con estilo uzbeko.
