This hotel is acceptable for quick business trip (short stay). The utility is rather basic however it is justified with it's room rate then... lol

This hotel was the setting for Hotel Rwanda, a place I always wanted to stay at. It was a very clean and comfortable hotel. I'd love to stay here again.

Thank you to the Mille Collines Hotel for their amazing and dedicated service. This is a hotel full of history and has a superbly central location in Kigali. The pool is a special treat and open all day. The food combines the best of the region and the world. The wifi is lighting fast and highly reliable. But the best part of this hotel is the very dedicated staff team. The staff make the guests feel very special.

We spent two nights at this hotel on the recommendation of our travel agent. I think because of its historic significance, it was well worth it. We stayed in the Panoramic view room. The room was on the smallish side, but it had a nice balcony and views. The bed was comfortable and bathroom had standard amenities. I would have preferred more lighting in the bathroom. The room decor is fine, but the halls need major updating. The finish and color on the walls is pretty dated. Breakfast was good, with ample choice and a hot egg station. The hotel's staff are very polite and professional. Good service at breakfast and restaurant, where we had both dinners.

The location of the hotel is great, and the grounds lovely. The rooms were adequate though a little small I found. The staff were very obliging and helpful, and all had lovely smiles for the guests. The only thing I found disappointing was the breakfast - the buffet was a but sparse and the hot breakfast limited

It was one of the best moment in this hotel ,accommodation was perfect . Top quality service and high quality workers The facility also offered me the best hotel transfer with an airport transfer . I higly reccommend this hotel for any one planning for a safari to rwanda

Excellent service. The staff are friendly and accommodating. I had to extend my stay on short notice and it was an very easy process. They have been helpful in getting me transportation, currency exchange and several necessities.

It was a real pleasure to stay here. Agnes and Dahlia at the spa are lovely and the services were excellent. However, the rooms could use freshening up (but they were very clean), and the water pressure in the shower could have been better. Breakfast was good and overall, the staff were wonderful!

One evening before an early rise a terrible noise was coming from the top floor straight above the room … traditional dances were being performed including stamping on the floor with sticks. It took quite some arguing to get another room even though the hotel was far from full. Otherwise the stay was pleasant with a nice pool and bar set in very lush gardens with lots of tropical flowers, and great views from the room and the top floor restaurant.

Beautiful hotel & great base for trip to Kigali. Rooms good. Pool area excellent. Food tasty. Once a week free cultural show with dinner or drinks. Staff were very helpful.

We stayed for roughly six nights on and off as we traveled around Rwanda. Great location as it is near everything; the hotel is an oasis of calm on a hill overlooking Kigali The service was excellent. The staff was very attentive and extremely helpful. The rooms were clean and very quiet after ten. I would go back in a heartbeat.

My wife and I spent one night at this property as we transitted through Kigali. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast and customer service was very good. The reception staff were helpful and accomodating. I would have liked to have stayed longer - maybe next time.

This is Not A Quiet Hotel Doors slam all day/night as they are on some sort of spring. 2) on Friday there is Traditional Dancing going on till Midnight,,despite being told it will end at 10pm,,,this is incessant Banging! Then at 5am they start hoovering and cleaning up after it. 3) there is music all Saturday and Sunday from the public areas and it comes directly into your room. Not A Peaceful Place: and the Management do nothing but lie about it.
