Very good choice

Above average but not as great as the reviews would indicate. Bed was comfy, room quite large. It was a chilly evening and the heater was already on which we appreciated. Having a lift to second floor room is exceptional. Breakfast was very good - clean fresh and good choice. Parking near lifts was good. Some negatives: both shower and hand basin water did not drain properly. - so you have a shower with water ankle deep. Waited a while in check in queue. Rooms a little bit tired. But more than adequate.

Outstanding comfortable room and very nice place to stay. The staff was helpful and informative and we will make it a point to stay here any time we are in or near Kingman.

Overall good. Clean with spacious breakfast area. Mattress was worn and room needed 2 bedside tables. Well kept for an older hotel.

Super friendly staff, especially the morning kitchen staff. My wife uses a walker and they put us downstairs in a handicap accessible room, where we could park, 5' from our room door. However the laminate floor was a bit dirty and needed either a wet swiffer or mop done and many of the TV channels weren't working due to snow and ice on the satellite dish I was told. Nevertheless, we will gladly stay there again soon.

Nice, clean, friendly staff easy to find. My wife has trouble walking and it's hard for her to walk very far to the room. all in all good and i would stay here again.

The rooms should get rid of the carpeting and get flooring. Larger TVS would be better. Fan in the bathroom would be helpful. Enclose around bottom of the bed.

The facility was clean. The mattress sagged and was very comfortable. It should have been replaced a year or two ago.

Very dated and the staff did not like their jobs in kitchen. Heater was very noisy and rug was dirty.

This is a terrific property and deserves the Best Western PLUS status in every respect.

Very nice place to stay overnight while traveling. Clean, safe, excellent free breakfast. Love the biscuits and gravy every time I stay here.

The staff were efficient and friendly. The breakfast was in line with our normal fare provided buffet style. The location was convenient to travelers passing through. Overall a consistent and comfortable stay
