We had a pleasant, comfortable room - EVENTUALLY. Due to what turned out to be an error on the hotel's booking system, our pre-paid stay was not correctly recognised. Rather than being welcomed as a Gold Member, I was loudly told in front of all and sundry that my credit card had been declined... but I hadn't paid by credit card as I'd used accumulated Hilton Points. By the following morning, I was told that the staff were new and not trained, but I received no apology for being humiliated. The breakfast was very poor with no hot food at all - bread was still in supermarket bought plastic wrapping. Easily our worst Hilton experience - typically Hilton has always been very good.

Very convenient hotel just next to the airport, with no disturbing noise from the planes, though. Staying there regularly during business trips. Except missing slippers and toothbrush, quite neat tidy rooms with comfortable bed, alway get a good sleep. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The only thing annoying me is the breakfast. There are mostly many people staying and it would be nice to have a better choice, some fresh bread instead of toast bread from a package. Absolutely hate the weird scrambled eggs. Why are you doing that to your guests? There must be some farmers nearby who could supply you with fresh eggs, and it would be awesome to get boiled or fried eggs instead of the mixture, probably from a carton, and warmed up in a microwave since they are full of water?

We stayed here just 1 night on our road trip around the UK. We picked our room ahead of our arrival (via the app) and requested a digital key. I guess the system was down, as we never received the key and had to check in at the front desk upon arrival. Loads of onsite parking, 10 GBP per day. The room was nice, but the TV was small. Maybe 25". Not a huge deal, but just odd. We had a nice view of the nearby airport from our room. We even managed to see a few fighter jets taking off. There was no fridge in the room, which was disappointing. We asked and were told that you can get ice at the front desk. We ate dinner at the attached Touchdown Bar and Grill. It was really convenient that there was an attached restaurant here, as that isn't normally the case at the Hampton (Inn's) in the US. Loved this option! We enjoyed the free breakfast buffet in the AM.

Very convenient for Humberside Arport. Smart hotel with good sized bedrooms. Friendly competent staff. Only issue is that there is not a footpath all the way to the airport from the hotel

Hotel management a disgrace. Restaurant should open at 5pm and as a long term guest, I eat at 5pm before the crowds arrive. Today, restaurant door locked closed. Had to go to reception to be told chef was running late. Shocking! This is one of many issues at the hotel but from a business standpoint, they have a captive audience.

Bloody awful! Avoid at all costs. Went on a xmas coach trip and this was where we stayed. Check in was a mess they had no clue what was going on! Dinner was booked for 7.30, we finally had all eaten by 10! And i say eaten but a lot didnt eat much! The food was awful! Cottage pie looked like baby food with mixed frozen veg. Slop on a plate. No clue what they were doing. Customer seevice non existent. No staff. Clearly no chef! Microwave meals! The room was fine. Clean. Tidy. Warm. And comfortable. Breakfast! Utter chaos. Cook even stated she was not expecting as many to come to breakfast! Only microwaved scrambled egg available. Ran out of orange juice and when i asked for it got attitude! Rude and not trained staff. No organisation. It was painful to watch and bloody embarrassing!

Thought it was just a regular night in an airport hotel with a mediocre meal … then we met Agnes in the restaurant and she turned our time around … what a delightful member of staff and an asset to the hotel and made our short amount of time there a bonus

Was not informed that Restaurant was closed over Saturday and Sunday. We had planned to use it. Alternative Lounge facility comprised basic Burger/Pizza options. £ 10 per night parking charge was new since last visit.

Bookings.com asked me To write the review. So I am. Staff did not inform us about car parking charges. When arriving into our room and showering the water was leaking and we had to use a lot of towels to prevent it from spreading. ‘Sue’ the on site manager that night was not welcoming or transparent. She didn’t order my food on time. Frozen from inside and she still charged me £15. On check out ‘sue’ denied she knew about the car park and then suddenly comes out with an email. The whole ordeal and experience was awful and I would never stay there again.

Decent hotel - ideal for a one night stay. However the temperature in our room was uncomfortable. It was cold outside but the window was locked shut and the air con didn’t work at all. We didn’t notice until we went to bed and then felt it was too late to raise the issue but it made sleeping very uncomfortable - I estimate the room was about 25 degrees and no air circulation at all! Also, we went down to breakfast at about 8:30 and when we came back to the room there was already a cleaner in our room! When we asked her to leave she looked a bit annoyed - but we were only staying one night. Surely she wasn’t cleaning it for the next guest before we left?!?!

My wife and I had a great stay, quiet, all the staff were excellent. Breakfast was terrific, waffle maker! need I say more? Waffles with bacon, sausage and syrup will always set you up for a win.

The hotel Reception is friendly and helpful. Rooms modern/clean. Ask for an room at parking side not next to land road due to traffic. Restaurant of the hotel, okay, limited Menu card product are tasty. Available beernext to others Grolsch! Nice. Hotel pricing ; fair if you book in advance.
