We have been going to the Don CeSar for 15 years. We like to refer to this as “our place“. We absolutely love it. The beach is not crowded and the beauty of the Pink Palace is unmatched. We have noticed over the years that some things have changed for the better, and some things for the worse, but overall, the  integrity of the Don has remained intact. Highly recommend!

The Don was fabulous for NYE! While the resort was fully booked, it never felt crowded. The beach and pool accommodations are lovely. I had a massage at the spa which was also great.

Coming here yearly for over 20 years. Still as good as ever. Nice pool, amazing white soft sand on the beach. Great service. Good prices and perks when booking with *******.

Beautiful location. Checkin staff team including valet, bell service and front desk were all wonderful. Amazing beach. The rest sub par…facilities in desperate need of updating with quality as there is a lot of deterioration. All facets should be in working order which they were not. Staffing ratio needs to be appropriate for the amount of guests.

Unfortunately this year's trip to Don Cesar did not meet expectations. Our first room had filthy carpet and toilet seat that wouldn't stay up. Front desk would not offer to change rooms and offered us two drinks and a appetizer instead. But when housekeeping mng showed up to our room he admitted it was unacceptable and had us moved. The second room was cleaner but there was always a smell of raw sewage coming from the bathroom. It was mostly noticable when returning to the room after being away.. Bar, restaurant beach staff were all very friendly and helpful. My biggest complaint is the tiny and old rooms for the price is not justified. The beach is nice but there is zero effort to prep the beach area. Other resorts on the beach use machinery to rake and clean the beach area. I notice no effort to clean the beach area and definitely was not machine groomed.

What a beautiful hotel! Everything was wonderful! The pools are fabulous. The beach was beautiful. Great food, great drinks, awesome service. We cannot wait to return to Don Cesar! Thank you for a wonderful week!

Elevators can be really slow. Bathrooms are very small. On site food is very high priced. Beautiful beach, great staff and great area. Lots of great restaurants outside hotel.

When we turned down the sheets to go to bed there was a dirty napkin in the bed. When I went to take a shower the towel had large stains on it. It’s such a nice hotel I was shocked that would happen there. Besides the dirty room we really enjoyed the property & beach area.

Lots of people at the pool that obviously weren’t staying at the hotel. Lots of children in diapers in the pool, sea gulls taking food out of peoples hands. Beautiful beach and room was nice. Waited 31/2 hours to check in.

The place is not that bad. Certainly over priced. Be careful, there are several hidden fees. Although they you something is complementary, it is in a hidden fee. OUr room was good but very LOUD. HVAC system and plumbing were very noisy. I also had an incident where I was mildly injured in a tripping incident. Very little concern was expressed. I would go back, but will certainly look at several other options before hand. It is not very high on my list.

Beautiful resort. Everything you could ever want or need and you never want to leave. Staff was so kind, friendly and helpful. Food was delicious at every restaurant. We can't wait to come back.
