If only i was able to have breakfast there...i always checkout at 6.00 and thats too early...they don't folow up on my requests either so Zleep, nearby is the winner because they do!

The service is terrible. At first, I couldn't understand the stupid rule: check-in starts at 4 pm, which is very inconvenient. In most countries, check-in starts at noon. The guy at the reception suggested waiting five hours for check-in... can you imagine? FIVE HOURS!!! In that case, the reservation would be pointless. I can't believe there were no free rooms in the entire hotel. It's a pity that I didn't know the name of the guy from the front desk. You can find out the person who worked on May 12 from 11:30. That was a Turkish guy. I can't recommend this hotel to anybody.

Conveniently located within 5mins drive of Frankfurt Airport, with free shuttle bus to and from every 30mins. Warm and friendly staff across all departments. A great, quiet spot by the river.
