Nice location,near shopping area,and bus stop

Upon arrival, the warm hospitality of the staff set high expectations. Yet, as I turned on the tap, a distinct odor wafted through the air, reminiscent of a rotten egg. Despite assurances from the management regarding the water's safety, the persistent smell detracted from the otherwise idyllic ambiance. Comfortable cheap place with smelling water.

The mattresses are very worn, i was sleeping in indent. The toilets are very low, felt like you sitting on the floor. The blinds have gaps and there's no curtains.

I was there just for 30 min and is like a jail, man’s without shirt walking around your room, asking this, drinking, is just HORRIBLE… I made the check out and they say that they can’t do the refound because I wash my hands in the room!!! LOL Please, run away from this place.

Place was full of roaches everywhere, dead and alive. The blinds were broke and people could see me from outside. I stayed only for 5minutes and left right away, they could not even refund me the full nights as they should have. Do not stay here by all means!

This beds were way too firm for me. The TV did not work. My family and I will not be ataying there again.

Checked in and check out right after going to our room. We didn’t want to leave our vehicle as there was a lot of people hanging around. The room was dirty and moldy.

This facility should be shut down and probably will as soon as I contact the Health Inspector, Building Inspectors for the County and everyone else that needs to be notified about this disease infested death trap. It needs to be permanently closed. 1. No physical person to check you in after 530pm. Just an hour and a half after check-in begins. Why? Because they don't want you to be able to complain about the problems because... 2. No one will answer a phone there. 3. Blood stains, cigarette burns on bedding. Who knows what else under a blacklight. 4. Roaches everywhere. 5. Smell of mold 6. No lights were plugged in .. none. 7. The TV does not work. No service 8. The door lock was broken. Only the deadbolt worked. Did it matter? No. Because the kiosk people have to use to check in gave the same room to another family about 2 hours after arrival. They were able to walk right in on my wife and small children. 9. Again, there is no physical person to deal with this.Nor one available on the phone. 10. Homeless people in the parking lots looking in cars. 11. The place appears to be a location catering to parolees. 12. The toilet would not flush 13. Everything was filthy. I drove up to get my family out of there safely. I will be filing for a full refund. Photos and videos saved for an attorney.

You get what you pay for so I would keep my expectations low if you stay here but not a terrible stay and an okay location for some local places to explore.

Overall good for the price. I like it had a small full size fridge. Staff was nice and friendly.

The room smelt EXACTLY like a litter box, we didn’t even stay there after walking in our room

Overall they provide a wonderful stay there new Way to check in n out make it very easy. Looking forward to go a again soon

The kiosk employee and check in/out was the only positive aspect of this stay. We arrived to several roaches inside, extremely dirty floors and sheets, and broken tv.

Well the first thing we saw when we got in the room was a broken and super dirty blinds. Roaches in the room and dirty shoe prints in the bathroom floor. Hair in the sheets i mean there’s no end. They changed our rooms and it was a bit more clean but still i was very dissatisfied.
