The hotel was good and the facilities were fine as well. I did expect a little more better from a 4-starrer but seems that this is what all the 4-stars could offer in the vicinity.

Super welcoming hotel, the only complaint is due to parking so if you can go and check in we are forced to pay for parking.

The location is a little far from the living area, but there is an Aldi within a 10-minute walk. The breakfast is good.

Convenient location. Free shuttle was awesome. Food was tasty and available. We could have used an extra pillow. One pillow each was a little uncomfortable. Also, the shower stall leaked water through the door, each time you showered. Otherwise, staff was friendly and helpful.

The AC did not work and next day at the front desk some of the staff told me the AC probably was not working because was in snow mode, that mean to me not fare at all. Never again I will come back. Very bad experience

First time to the Amura and quite impressed Spacious, rooms were comfortable as was the bed TV could do with some English tv channels though Breakfast was good and all round service was provided with a smile and efficiency Would definitely return

The staff were very friendly, best price for a hotel near Madrid airport. Still need a taxi on the weekends as their shuttles only run during the week. The dining was fine, decent, staff very nice. Wish the rooms had espresso machines. Decent hotel for the price.

I just stayed 2 nights and I didn't had breakfast. Poolarea is nice, staff is very friendly. I would recommend it.

Convenience and a Relaxing Atmosphere 😌

I arrived 31 July and had been checked in and paid before being advised that all the services were shut down for august. No room service, all restaurants closed and no assistance with getting luggage to my room. Not even a cup of coffee available. The minibar in the room had a bottle of water, a Coca Cola and nothing else. The roof top pool had water but not an umbrella or lounger in sight. When I tried to use the free shuttle that is advertised, I was told it is only for company use. A most disappointing visit

I had a good experience at this hotel. The persons of the reception were very nice. The location is not very good. The rooms are confortable. Enjoyed very much the roof pool while the family was walking in Madrid.

Clean lobby and rooms. Not the most modern decor, but as a visiting sports team it was fine for the group. Rooftop pool is welcome in the heat, but is shallow (not for doing laps) and there is plenty of seating outside. Buffet breakfast is only ok.

Stayed in the Amura twice recently on visits to family in Alcobendas. We chose the hotel not only because it is 5 minutes walk from their home but also because of the swimming pool and free shuttle bus to and from the airport. Agree with other reviewers that tea/coffee making facilities would make it better but I have stayed in several Madrid hotels in recent years and that isn’t something any of them have offered. Both rooms we have stayed in were very comfortable although would benefit from a bit of refurbishment. However, the the location is ideal for us and we would definitely stay again on our next trip.
