Shuttle bus pick up and drop off at stations and bus stops. It is a members-only resort Okura, but they rent out empty rooms to us, the public. The communal baths have 赤湯 and sauna, and the amenities were Aroma Esse by POLA.

Room is really big and clean. The public onsen on 5th floor and the cleanliness inside there is so so. There're restaurants nearby and closed a bit early! V good price and sure will stay here again!

A very quiet and beautiful Japanese town. The hotel is clean and hygienic, the hot spring is comfortable, and the toiletries are complete. The room is large and has Japanese characteristics. The only unpleasant thing is that the hotel requires check-out at ten in the morning and check-in can only be done at three in the afternoon. It is closed between ten and three o'clock. We arrived at 12:30 noon, and there was no one in the lobby. We could only carry our suitcases and wait until the staff came to work at 3 o'clock. After checking out at 10 o'clock in the morning, I dragged my suitcase and left again. The hotel did not help store it. This is particularly inconvenient for tourists, so many attractions are inaccessible.

The room is Japanese style. You make your own tatami bed. It is clean and tidy. It can sleep four people. There is a creek outside the window, but it is a bit noisy at night. You can close the window. There is a bathroom and washbasin in the room. There is no shower. You need to go to the hotel after five There is a public bathroom on the first floor, but it is still very convenient. There is also a golden hot spring bath. Each guest is charged 150 yen for bathing. The hotel environment is good, but on the mountain, dragging suitcases uphill made us exhausted. , but I’m still very happy. Arima Onsen is a nice place. Most shops close at 7pm, so it’s nice to walk around and eat.

The actual name of the hotel is inconsistent with the one booked by Ctrip. I hope it can be improved! The hotel has nice tatami, hot springs, cherry blossoms in bloom, and the scenery is so beautiful! The best season is here!

酒店在半山上，可以提前打電話給前台，讓他們派免費接駁車在巴士站或者火車站這裏來接，否則拖着行李要走好久，而且爬坡非常累。 酒店有自帶泡湯的地方，就沒有去金湯銀湯太閣之湯湊熱鬧了。我們去的時候酒店人不多，泡湯池那裡也沒啥人。 住的是日式榻榻米房間，需要自己鋪床鋪被子，房間還行不算很小，但是玄關和衞生間比較小。 總的來説，帶娃住這裏還是滿開心的，就是第二天10點前要退房，退房時間有點早。 回去的話，入住當天就在前台約好第二天的車子把我們送回火車站，本來想去坐六甲山纜車，但是1月底到2月頭是大風天氣，纜車關閉。 總的來説，酒店的服務還是不錯的，就是設施老舊了些。

飯店距離巴士站約650米，是上坡路，但飯店提供接、送服務，到達巴士站，記得要打電話通飯店櫃檯，派車接送

It is excellent if you just like enjoy onsen for its long opening time. Eating and shopping would need to go out.

Very pleasant overnight stay. Very uphill walk from the train station. There is not shower in the Japanese style room so you should use the onsen in the hotel. Onsen and sauna were nice and clean.
