The property is behind the Kodai Lake in the heart of Kodaikanal, but it’s not that close to the lake for a scenic view. It’s an old property but well maintained. Staff is friendly and service is great. But we paid 19k per night for the Suite room, which was certainly not at all value for money. The extra bedding was given on the floor with old spring mattress. Room had view of Kodai lake, but lake was far away. Had I paid 10K for this room, I would have felt okay. We had initially booked for 3 nights, but had later reduced to 2 nights and chosen an alternative resort for another 2 days. That was a great decision.

Well and good experience. Security guards are friendly and others staffs also prompt and had a nice experience. Food was ok, cleanliness of property is very nice Plants are very well maintained. Room was neat and clean. Daily cleaning done by staffs.

Stayed at Sterling Kodai Lake for just one night. The front office staff and restaurant managers are very attentive to you. Special mention to Saranya who is quite a warm and friendly person. She was quick to offer me a welcome drink while waiting for dinner. The rooms are quite large and has all amenities for a comfortable stay. Bathrooms and linen are quite clean. So special mention to Surendar and Gopi of House Keeping. The breakfast selection is very extensive and has a good choice of both continental and Indian. Front office staff was also friendly while checkout. Definitely recommend Sterling Kodai Lake.

Overall excellent. The place is ideal for a summer vacation. The staff and their hospitality very good. Food was also good. The arrangements were done perfectly. The rooms are quite big which contain all the necessary things of high standard.

Have been to many sterling resorts buy the Kodai lake team makes you feel so comfortable! They are always available and right from the moment we checked in where we were received by Abhirami and Prabhu with a big smile, we knew the stayvis going to be very good. Going forward the housekeeping staff Pratila and Subu who kept our rooms so neat and clean it made our room stay very comfortable. Next is the food which always makes the difference in your stay. The entire staff was very accommodating to our children's requests and they rook amazing care. To top it all, the resort manager Mr. AMAR needs a special shout out. He was so kind to our entire family it was very heartwarming. Him ***** with his team Jyoti and Umesh took amazing care of us. Thank you to the entire team and look forward to visiting again !

Madasamy the room attendant really very clean work done for my room very polite fellow I will highly recommend for my sterling kodai stay. We stayed for 5days and we had very good time at sterling kodai. Staff at reception is also very polite and helpful.

Yeah it good and the house keeping Madasamey was great and the it was great but not like before the room was look small and but it’s great so u can have a membership it will be easy so it was making and it was maintained was good and u can visit with the family

Nice stay. Rooms are good. Staff is very helpful. Food is good. Please avoid taking the night Safari. The morning Trek was very good. Overall a great experience. Spend quality time with the family. Pine forest is a must visit place. Highly recommended place.

They have done perfect cleaning and good service in everything, velu and deepak had give good service in our times, they had been very friendly with us, they had harden near the reception which was very good to watch and take photos and comfortable with the lake near of kodaikanal
