Luxury? Are you seriously? In two months of travel, this is the worst hotel for the money. Yes, the rooms are not bad, but that's all. The place is very remote, to get to the main road you need to go through the forest along a country road. Due to the fact that you are not with your child, you ate at a local restaurant. The food is disgusting. Considering that the price tag is two or three times more expensive than others. The first time we ordered pizza, they brought it burnt. For dinner we ordered carbonara, which was so over-salted that it was impossible to eat. They did not react in any way to our return and brought us a bill for the uneaten dishes. The pool deserves special attention, since you can’t swim in the sea there, this is very important. The pool is dirty and the water has a white soapy coating. There's a lot of stuff that doesn't float in the water. Well, you should know that upon arrival a deposit is charged, which simply will not be returned to you. They found some kind of stain on our sheet and said we won’t return anything to you? We initially moved in and there were stains there, but there is no point in arguing. And yes, as they wrote in other reviews, the service at the reception is simply disgusting. At least they smiled for the sake of decency. We will never return and will not recommend it to anyone.

Great stay and super nice staff, the rooms are incredibly large and spacious. Quiet and clean. The pool is really nice and there's a restaurant and spa on site. I liked the pizza, that you can order from the pool. The beach in the area is not the nicest though, but it was a great place to visit around the island and then come and relax at the end of the day or during the hottest time of the day.

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel. The hotel is well located which allowed us to take advantage of the full moon party on the first evening thanks to a scooter rental offered by the hotel. Please note that on this occasion, a return taxi service was also available to Haad rin. The hotel is pleasant and relaxing. The rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is served à la carte and of good quality. You have the choice of where to take it (room, swimming pool, restaurant, etc.) The staff is very pleasant The swimming pool is very good, it would just be missing a few parasols for the sunny days. Finally, a good number of restaurants are close to the hotel which leaves you spoiled for choice! The only downside is that access to the hotel is a dirt road in poor condition.

It was PERFECT! Awesome Hotel, lovely breakfast with stunning view, and super-polite stuff! Special thanks to the room-service and the waiters, leaded by SAN-OO👍🏻 Will come back 100% next year. Can‘t wait!

We had a very pleasant stay at the Summer Luxury resort. The rooms are really spacious and the resort is pretty with a nice pool and a sea view from the restaurant. We went in December and I believe there is a high tide at this time so there was no beach, but this didn’t really bother us as we didn’t have great weather anyway during our stay. The downside of this hotel is the location, there is a dirt track to get to the hotel which I personally wouldn’t feel too comfortable walking down at night. We hired a car as we found that there wasn’t many restaurants / things to do within walking distance. Having said that, the restaurant at the hotel is really nice, we enjoyed the food and the staff are very friendly. The breakfast was also really good too. The reception staff were also friendly, I didn’t get his name but one man in particular made our stay with his welcoming and warm attitude, and willingness to help us with any queries/trips we wanted to book etc! Another member of staff at the poolside bar was very friendly and attentive too. Unfortunately the cooking class wasn’t open due to maintenance during our stay which was a shame as we had rain most days and found ourselves looking for things to do. The spa was also closed for maintenance on one of the days. Overall, the hotel is nice, and I would definitely recommend if you’re not too bothered about hiring a car/scooter to get around.

A really nice mid range resort. Size of rooms are massive and well kept and clean. Service was extremely lovely from reception to restaurant. Happy hour by the pool is great. The driveway from the main road to the building is poorly kept. It’s most comfortable to have a motorcycle for it. Reception organised a motorcycle for us and taxis to the pier. This is not extreme luxury but it is still a lovely stay.

An amazingly large room and bathroom - pool was fabulous!! Staff were great and everything was very clean and well designed. There is an on-site spa where we had what wonderful massages and facials. The restaurant is on the beach so there were really lovely views too. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very good. Located on the beach - 1st line. The view from the restaurant is gorgeous. Renovation, modern design beautiful. BUT! NOTE 1. Do not swim on the beach. Very small. Muddy water. This is probably the worst beach on the island. 2. Breakfast. For 30% of the cost of your stay you get a very very limited menu. There is not even water in the free access! No juices, no tea, coffee. Everything is given strictly 1 cup per person. If you are hungry, you will not be full and you WILL NOT BE GIVEN a second helping( For such a high level hotel VERY BAD

so many things are wrong with this hotel: - there is no beach which is insane for a hotel on an island - rooms very dirty and smelled like toilets - service is inexistant - rooms are not done every day - pool was closed every day at 5 pm - no towels available

Wowwww! We are still here and it is amazing!!! Best hotel and best service in the world! Mr Pao the general manager is the best always smiles and helps with everything we need!! I certainly recommend this resort. I am overwhelmed and excited to be here! Special thanks to staff at the reception and restaurant and the bar❤️

I can not recommend this resort enough! It is perfect if you are looking for something classy but affordable. Everything was great, the staff are super friendly and very attentive! The rooms are spacious and beautiful. Easy check in and out. Facilities are open to all guests. You can lounge at the pool for a whole day as they have created a comfortable atmosphere and various seating options! The restaurant is great, breakfast is superb! The location is perfect if you want quiet and calm but still want to be near the busy streets in town. Perfect for families, couples and singles
