The room is clean but there is a door next to another room that cannot be locked, not very safe. Variety of food, staff Excellent service

Nice Room & Very Good

Overall is this hotel a quite good point to escape. We had a fantastic garden villa with an huge bathroom. Everyone was really kind and friendly. The only thing what they can work on it we would say it should be first of all the service for drinks and food. Normally you should have a eye for your guests probably if you have a happy hour to going around at the pool desk and the location, to offer the promotion. Second they have to make better drinks maybe a cocktail staff training should help. And last but at least they have definitely to work on the service in the waiting time in the restaurant we had to wait more than 1 1/2 hour for Thai food what’s probably is ready in 10 minutes. Don’t get us wrong it’s gonna be a beautiful hotel and you will have a beautiful stay at Koh Samui. It just missing few details to make it perfect.

My boyfriend and I had a great time chilling in our private pool and enjoying room service from the restaurant. Villa amenities wise - frequent restocking of bottled water, yummy night cookies, and gave us clean towels and stuff daily. The staff were so friendly and helpful! It was our first time to Samui so we had many questions but they picked up the phone and helped :) We hired a scooter through the hotel, which was so useful and convenient to us! We didn’t even plan on scooting around but we were thrilled we did it! Daily breakfast was sufficient - good range of food available and daily chef making different types of eggs for us, the beachfront view was so nice!

Our bungalow was very nice and large. The cleaning was always good. The breakfast was sufficient. Unfortunately the complex is a bit away from the center. No shops nearby. You have to rent a car or moped. The complex is beautifully landscaped in the countryside.

Overall, I am quite satisfied, especially the quality for this price. The hotel has its own beach and provides free activities such as rowing, which is very worthwhile. The taste of breakfast and lunch can only be said to be okay. It is worth mentioning that there are Chinese-speaking employees there, so communication is smoother. Unfortunately, I had to catch a flight, so I didn't check the hotel items carefully. When I wanted to check out, I said I couldn't find the laundry bag because it was made of cloth and I had to pay for it. My suggestion is to check carefully the night before leaving, and communicate in time if you have any questions, so as to avoid being rushed and not having enough time to communicate and solve problems :(

The location is excellent and can be said to be the best location on the island, but the facilities are a bit old. Although they have been renovated, they are obviously outdated. The bedding and toiletries were very average, I brought my own, and the towels needed to be replaced immediately. Thanks to Ctrip, the flight location and room arrangements along the way are the best. The hotel also gave us the best view room on the mountain, which is very cost-effective. I will bring my own towels next time. 😆

The yard is large and very comfortable, recommended!

The hotel is next to W. There is no beach, but even W's beach is very thick. There is not much to go around. The hotel restaurant is also cost-effective when ordering food. We booked a garden view villa, but the garden view villa is shared by two rooms. The villa is separated by a door in the middle, which is equivalent to a connecting room. All sounds from next door can be heard. Pay attention to all sounds! ! ! ! I stayed with my parents for one night, and it was extremely embarrassing to hear the noise from next door. If I hadn't had a room during the Spring Festival, I would have definitely left early.

The room type is good, you can watch the sunset, and there is a bathtub on the balcony. You have to wait until 2 o'clock to check in. Our flight left early, which is a bit embarrassing. Everything else is very good. The hotel's swimming pool is also good.

The hotel is really a five -star enjoyment, and many facilities and water swim activities are free. This is the birthday journey. A lot of Xie Hotels gave us a birthday cake and birthday card surprise. The arrangement is very good. Although the hotel is a bit far away from the downtown, you can enjoy tranquility and hotel facilities for a day or two.
