We have decided to take a 1std beach on the beach, for the Amity beach Resort. It has no pool, but the available wooden bungalows are almost new with hanging mattresses on the veranda and have sea view for just 590 baths including breakfast with sea view. The staff and also the new operators are really super friendly and do a very good job here. The facilities and bungalows are very clean and everything is well maintained and restored. Restaurant with sea view and delicious breakfast and other food card. All very appetiteful.

The rooms inside are old-fashioned as if grandmother had a daddy. But - super location in a quiet alley and 2 minutes to the center. There is all necessary - a refrigerator, air conditioner, TV, a table where you can put a laptop, which is just super for this money. Hot water, shampoo, soap, all there is.

Stayed here on many occasions, but always in the main building (standard rooms) Got a good deal on Agoda at 1,600bht (peak season) for a 1bedroom villa located at the end of the soi. WiFi was excellent stayed connected throughout none of that having to re-submit the password. Nice clean rooms with a small kitchen. Clean Comfy bed and bedding. The staff as always are super friendly and helpful. I would stay in these villas again upon my return to Lamai.

We had paid 15 nights in advance, but we fled after one night. Fashioning structure without a minimum maintenance. Beautiful location directly on the beach but nothing else. The Standard room was booked by Expedia, and it was free of air conditioning (it can be there) and without a box to put your clothes back. The antipatic owner asked for an upgrade (the bungalows were all empty except two) that she asked us twice as much as the already paid for our room. Fortunately, our reservation did not include breakfast because the hotel restaurant was closed and it was not possible to buy a bottle of water. As mentioned above, the building is located directly on the beach. I am sorry that there was a kind of smelling cloaca running around the sea at that point, and I admit that we were looking for a economic solution, but there is a limit to everything.
