Overall good locations

The hotel has its own pier. It is quite convenient to come back from the sea. The rooms are very clean and the service staff are also very friendly. The only drawback is that the breakfast is not very varied.

Perfectly located for water sports, the entire staff at the Cove takes great care of their guests. We highly recommend the Cove Resort.

The hotel has a pier, which is more convenient for diving. You can pick up directly from the pier. The room is a domestic four-star standard. The catering aspect is relatively weak. There are few breakfast varieties and no lunch. There are no people at dinner. The service is average and I feel like there are few staff.

small hotel not beach access i tried fresh gyoza and they were hard and old it took them 2 min to heat them staff is friendly but prices doesnt match the wind is crazy blows all i go around 195 countries but this is overpriced in my opinion the groud is shared with the drop off bar next door no elevator

Extremely happy with the accomodation, it was clean & bathroom big. Pool best in the afternoon once it has some shade. The food was fresh & diverse. Homemade spring rolls & the AMF cocktail my favourites. Walking distance to other Resturant’s & a great mini mart. Staff friendly & very helpful. Cholito was amazing, friendly & very personable. Town only an hour walk, public pool about 10min away where you snorkel & great hike. Accomodating to scuba groups.

I stayed at Cove Resort for 4 days in October 2024 and had an unforgettable experience, all thanks to Kath at reception! She was exceptional from the moment we arrived, offering fantastic support to me and my group. Kath’s friendliness and willingness to assist with every detail made a huge difference, ensuring our stay was smooth and enjoyable. Her professionalism and dedication were truly top-notch. We were so grateful for everything she did—her service was second to none. A huge thank you to Kath for making our trip so memorable!

Had dinner here twice a great meal of fish and chips has a very nice restaurant and bar very new and needed in Palau. Will return again Meal are a good price for a upmarket hotel. A must if you are visiting Palau go and have a meal and a drink..

This is a top place to stay in Koror, Palau. Spacious rooms with a mini-refrigerator, water kettle and air conditioning. The staff are professional, friendly and very helpful. The hotel restaurant provides tasty food; there are other restaurants, cafes and convenience stores near by.

Overall we liked this hotel. There were a few issues with the room on the first night. The front desk clerk was extremely apologetic and immediately handled the problems she could. The free breakfast was amazing and the food in the restaurant was plentiful and good, although service lacked. The desk clerks are nice, but seem to know nothing about any tours, directions, or even what's in the immediate area. Three separate times we went to the hotel next door for tour info, brouchures and island maps. In hospitality, desk clerks should have at least some local knowledge to answer basic questions about the area. Because the electric is off when no one is in the room, you can't charge phones or use the fan or AC while out. If the room is unused for days prior to your arrival, the room can smell stale and musty. The rooms are large, have great beds and pillows. The ground floor walks out to the awesome pool, second floor has small balconies and third floor, just windows. Be Aware of their massage service. They advertise a 'Cove Resort Massage Service', but it's not in-house. I requested a $40 foot massage at the front desk. A car came and picked me up and took me to a back-alley downtown parlor. The women spoke 99% Chinese. The massage was fine, but they charged me $50 instead of $40 advertised at the hotel. When I questioned it, they claimed I had agreed to a $50 foot massage. Untrue! I felt this was very bait-and-switch and told the front desk upon my return. Later, I found other massage places that also had transportation and are MUCH nicer, cleaner, more professional and are the same cost, or less. Overall, this is a nice hotel and Management should do better than associating with a substandard massage parlor that ultimately reflects poorly on them. Palau Tip: Make daily plans well in advance, there is minimal to do nearby and all tours were full at least 2 weeks out.

We stayed for a one-week diving trip. We booked the hotel as part of a package with Palau Dive Adventures (PDA). Our package included airport transfers—20 minutes to the hotel from the airport. Here is the need-to-know information. Breakfast was excellent. Everything you could ask for was available. The restaurant was open for lunch and dinner. We did not find the prices exorbitant. Higher than surrounding restaurants but not too bad. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance (Kramers—excellent) but you will need a taxi to get to other restaurants. We used the driver from PDA. The process was very easy. The rooms were large and could easily fit three people. Each room had a king and single bed. The beds were excellent, and the walls were thick. We heard no outside noise. Each room has a fridge and a safe for valuables. The water in the shower was OK but not super-hot. Toilets flushed without problem. The Internet was excellent. I was able to do Zoom calls and Skype without difficulty. The pool is large with plenty of chairs. However, there was never anyone in the pool. Everyone was diving. If you have non-divers, they will have no problems using the pool.

My wife and I live in the area and booked a last-minute trip to Palau. While I would not recommend coming to this island with minimal plans, the front desk helped me plan our entire trip within the first hour of arrival. We had an amazing three days here! We loved finishing the day overlooking the marina hanging out at the restaurant or pool. Wonderful staff! We will be back!

Fabulous resort with excellent facilities and exceptional service. Our poolside room was lovely, biggest bed in the world was very comfortable, pillows a little soft for some, lovely bathroom was big and modern, the supersoft huge towels were luxurious and smelt like fresh flowers. Bottled water was supplied to our room every day, tea and coffee facilities were adequate, bathrobes and slippers supplied. We were extremely impressed by the cleanliness of our room and the entire resort. The included buffet breakfast was very good and a great way to start our day. The staff were very friendly, polite and professional, going beyond expectations to ensure our holiday was perfect. Great location close to dive shops, multiple restaurants and bars, a 30 minute easy walk to the town centre or a cheap taxi ride. We will return! Thank you to all at Cove Resort.
