I changed 3 rooms in 3 nights. The first night was beautiful, spotlessly clean room with upgrade, because the deluxe room was not available. Only the next day we had to move. In this one, we found six huge bagarozzi in 24 hours. Then change of room again, junior suite with sea view, but above the disco bar, with ball music until 2.30 am.

Amazing time in Kos. Lovely hotel, kids loved it, wonderful staff, rooms were spotless every day. Betty was very friendly and helpful. Amazing service throughout and food was delicious. Lots of facilities for entertainment - slides were great for the kids. Would recommend 👌

Very nice hotel with great staff, pool/bar and real comfortable beds. Top location just outside of the crowded center with a variety of choice in their breakfast. Special shout out to Pavlos. Would definitely recommend and will return for sure

Lovely hotel very close to town and great local restaurants. Very clean, nice breakfast, good comfy beds, great view from front rooms. If you like coffee in your room take your own as they only supply you with 4 sachets/pods then you have to pay 1 euro per sachet. The pool area is lovely but small and the food is nice. We would definitely go back and I would recomend.

Just returned from a lovely stay here, Hotel is in a nice location close to kos town, easy walking distance to harbour area and all the historical sites, We had a pool view suite and it was nice, not a bad size, unfortunately it wasn't a full pool view and we couldn't be bothered moving 2 days into our stay if we wanted a different room, bathroom very small with shower and toilet with wash hand basin in the actual bedroom, a bit odd but we got by, good size balcony u could actually see the sea from it too , towels and toiletries provided every day and the maids were excellent keeping the room spic and span, air con was great too, nicely furnished room with free safe deposit box, Breakfast was OK, could do with replenishing some things better, I asked for orange juice and was told orange juice is finished for today, I'm afraid that's not good enough, everyone should have the same breakfast experience, a toaster would also be helpful too, all that said the view when having your breakfast is stunning looking over the sea to Turkey, Pool is a small and thought that there wasn't enough beds for guests but we got one most days , but if it gets busy it would be difficult, pool bar is good, food is good and Kostas makes superb cocktails and is very attentive and friendly, We didn't eat in hotel as we were B&B, might have done so as the location is great ,but no information on what restaurant has to offer was given on arrival, you get vouchers etc for the bar but no promotions for restaurant. Pity as it is a nice place. Lots of restaurants close by and they are very good and reasonable. Enjoyed our stay even though some things could be improved, think hotel has not long reopened and have some new staff but everyone was very nice and helpful, I would return but maybe get a room with a sea view and wash basin in bathroom.

We had a great stay at this new, modern hotel overlooking the sea, in Kos Town. The staff was excellent, all very friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was very spacious and well equipped. Breakfast was good, with a good choice. A toaster for guests use would be an improvement. If you wanted toast, you had to ask a waiter, and the wait was too long and it often came back anemic. Drinks and food at the hotel were very expensive when compared to other places in the immediate vicinity. The hotel is well located, just a short walk from the harbour and the hustle and bustle of a busy seaside town, with a lot going on. There are many places of historical interest to visit within a short walk. Unfortunately, not the hotel's fault, you need to be aware, that the refuse collectors come at about midnight. My wife slept through it, but I thought the world was coming to an end. If we go back to Kos, we would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend KoSea Boutique Hotel.

Quite new hotel on very nice location, with a lot to offer, and with a certain small improvements it really could be great. We had a room with pool view, very quiet so it was appreciated very much. It was a bright and nice, quite big room, modernly decorated but with some impracticalities. Having a big sink with extra space to put all your cosmetics and toiletries is always an extra plus, still not so much if it is in the room and not in the bathroom - it might look great design wise but is lacking on practical side, not to mention on hygienic one if you don’t want to wash your hands in the shower. The room had all necessities, safety box, kettle and coffee machine, and mini fridge, with complimentary water and some coffee capsules on arrival, plus most of the toiletries. What was lacking in the room was a hotel information pages/leaflet with certain explanations of practical stuff in Greece but also in the room/hotel. Free wife worked nicely. There was a good variety of tasty local and international hot and cold dishes for breakfast which was served also on the terrace with a beautiful sea view. What we couldn’t understand is why honey was served in little sachets which took us two days to discover (and which, btw, were extremely hard to open without knife!), while there were peanut butter, nutella-kind of spread and spoon sweet - glykó tou koutalióu in jars! And there is a production of honey in Kos! The best asset of the hotel is their staff, extremely nice, helpful, friendly and professional, they go far and beyond to make everyone’s staying as enjoyable as it could be, and every single one of them that we met or heard talking to other guests - so big thanks to all of them.

Great location easy walk to old port and old town without being near the tacky noisy bars etc. We had a great view from our sea view room which was spacious and very clean Staff on front very pleasant However no one told us that the restaurant has a buffet dinner at night and is well priced . You get discounts on cocktails as well next door. Very good breakfast with fresh fruits and great coffee machine but no decaf coffee. Which today we expect. However it should include a streaming system on the TV. It's necessary. No one wants to watch the BBC and CNN all day. Very good swimming pool. Could do with more chairs. A pleasant experience. Would recommend

Loved our stay here, amazing room with amazing view. Great breakfast, didn’t eat there in the evenings so can’t comment on that (we enjoy trying lots of different local places so always get b&b basis wherever we go). Attentive staff and v good room cleaning everyday. Would love to go back.

Terrible food, worst dinner in the Mediterranean.Very let down.Would never rate hotel as 4 star.Lucky to get a 2 A few of the staff were helpful and attentive but some couldn't care less. The location was pretty good but promenade had a definite smell of sewage 100 meters to the right of the hotel.Sorry but we won't be returning

We stayed 25 nights and had one of the worst dining experiences we have had in the mediterainean.Meats overcooked and tasteless, food cold and repetative, should have realised when i noticed most people only stayed on b and b basis.Confronted manager about terrible food only to hit a brick wall of denial.Manager was lovely person but just did not realise how important the food stay of a holiday is so important. It was so important that we were forced to dine out several times which is not right when youve paid for the pleasure of eating in.The manager quoted that it was our difference in taste not the hotels fault.I wonder if she told that to the other several people that complained. The one good side is the little receptionist HOPPY she always smiled and had such a bright personality,it was a delight to meet such a mad happy young person.I looked up the phrase Boutique Hotel online, and i assure you this hotel does not match the title.Rating wise i eould rate the hotel 2 to 3 star.Dont get me wrong there were so nice staff within the walls but also some horrible ones.Ps just as a matter of interest we paid 45 euros to keep our room a few more hours in a 5 star hotel in crete due to a late flight, here with all our problems encountered it still cost us 60 euros. All i can say is our hotel stay here in our opinion was a bad experience never to be repeated.

Nice hotel, clean and well situated. Friendly front of house staff and obliging. Breakfast good and choice but don't do half board at the end of the season. Very poor as no buffet, and set menu was awful. Small helpings and cold. We agreed (reluctantly from the manager) to just have B&B . We weren't the complainants either.
