This hotel is lovely and clean, the rooms are spacious and adequate for your stay. The staff are helpful, but speak little English. Breakfast is reasonable. The location is quite far out from the centre and isn't within walking distance. If you ask the reception staff they will ring a taxi for you, however, be prepared to ask price before you get in. The first day our taxi to the main square cost 35 zl, however the next with the same taxi firm cost 130zl, and from there ranged between the two. I do believe the taxi drivers just make it up as they go along, and probably see English tourists as a nice little earner!

The Conrad is not what it was – but keep reading because it still may be the best option for your stay. First, check the location. There is no quick or easy way to the centre of town which is too far to walk. You can get there by bus and tram – but it will take you 30 minutes. But if you want easy access to the airport or the north west of the city – then might be ideal. The bus stop is 50 m away though it does not go to the airport. Ubers are cheap. The rooms are the best thing about the hotel. They are large with solid, well-designed furniture – so there is easily room for everything – especially good if you are going to stay several nights. The bathrooms are fine. The cleaning staff are very good – all is spotless. Sadly the breakfasts are only good – whereas pre-pandemic they were fantastic. Now they are lacking toast. No toast – come on?And not quite as fresh and tasty as before. And now there doesn't seem to be a bar or a restaurant. Breakfast is all you get – no more lovely soup brought to your room. No room service at all in fact. So it’s more like a luxurious hostel these days – but for a big clean quiet comfortable room, it’s still very good value.

I had to go to the airport the next day and chose this hotel that was closer to the airport. It takes ten minutes to take a taxi to the airport. The environment is nice and the service is very good. There is a large shopping mall and IKEA across the road from the hotel, where you can go shopping.

I came conrad hotel for conferences at trade centre. First of all I choose this hotel because of the location very close to everywhere (metro, trade centre.) the room was very clean and very tidy. I feel very comfortable like home.I visit Anasa Greek restaurant food was very delicious the staff was very attentive I want to thanks all of them especially Gamze . I will definitely recommend everyone thanks Conrad team.

It’s a simple hotel located on the edge of town but only 15 mins from the airport by car. I stayed here 3 years ago but it has changed ownership since. Helpful staff but initially they couldn’t find my booking causing some stress and confusion. Good restaurant but no alcohol served as they are waiting for a new licence! Free parking in front. Some shops nearby but limited restaurant options.

!!!!Avoid!!!! Worst ever hotel I've stayed in. Receptionist was so rude and unhelpful other staff had very little English. Hot tub and Sauna were out of order. Only one key card available that rarely worked. Pillows were very uncomfortable. Our double bed was 2 single pushed together. The decor was very out of date and fridge stank!!! No towels soap in room when I asked at reception I was handed a mini bottle of "shower gel". Breakfast was few slices of meat or chesse on a plate there was no toaster and sausages were hotdogs!! Breakfast served from 7am we asked if we could availe of any food as our tour driver was collecting use at 6.50 am the Receptionist literally grunted at us. House keeping was a lot to be desired as we had made a cup of tea in room using caddy provided for used teabags however the caddy was never emptied once during our stay. Location is at side of main motor way you need to get Train Tram or Taxi into city centre . There is a drive thru KFC about 10 min walk from Hotel.

The location of this hotel is near the IKEA, LIDL and other shops. The room was clean and silent. The stuff were superb friendly and helpful. They have even brought us baby crib. The breakfast were fresh and tasty. What we didn’t like: The shower was leaking, electric dryer was not working, no mini fridge

Myself and my friend came to Krakow and the hotel Conrad for 3 nights. Staff were pleasant and friendly. Our room was spotlessly clean. The only problem we had which we reported was that the shower tray filled up with water and flooded the bathroom floor. This was not fixed during our stay. The buffet breakfast was tasty and plentiful. It is a taxi ride to the old town but this was not an issue for us, the reception staff booked our taxi there and we got an Uber back for 23zl. We would stay here again.

this hotel is spotlessly clean, has helpful, friendly staff and the rooms very comfy. excellent bathroom. room had a small cooker and a micro-wave. the restaurant is spacious and very clean. food is cooked once ordered so fresh. quite a varied choice.
