Hotel Mercure Krakow Stare Miasto (Old Town) Reviews

It’s a consistent product with reliable offering, so a place to return (as I have). Very convenient location, on the edge of the old city and right next to the central railway station and bus terminal. Service was good and responsive. Room was clean, spacious enough, and maintained to a good standard. Nice seasonal decorations in the entrance and reasonable dining / drink options within the hotel. Equally, there are plenty of eating / drinking choices in the vicinity of the hotel, including the mall across the street.

Everything was super, my wife and I, the city is close, all the most important things are nearby, the price is nice

Really nice hotel in an excellent location. The room was clean and spacious, comfy bed and pillows. Air con that worked and a big walk in shower. Great base for a quick weekend trip. Would 100% come back.

The Mercure hotel is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in, with blingbling everywhere and very good service.

It's right in front of you when you exit from the first floor of the shopping center attached to the station. I stayed here for one night to go to the Auschwitz Museum. The people at the front desk were very nice and answered my questions in an easy-to-understand manner. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. I was due to leave the next day at night, but they were able to leave my suitcase with me until that time, which was very helpful.

It’s next to a mall and main train station which is all interconnected to the PKP train station. We came in early from Lljubjana so requested for an early checkin and luckily one room was available so we paid for it to checkin and rest. Upon checkout, they charge by the hour which works out too if you have late train departures.
