I like this hotel so much. The location is near to TRX and also Pavilion. The interior is nice. The pool is located infront of counter, no privacy. The breakfast is so simple.

Located at a strategic place with many interesting places within walking distance. Definitely will consider to be back again. One minor is the tv programme is an online format, so maybe the hotel can consider to have a proper tv programme or purchase an online programme for its guests.

The room was clean, minimal and bright. I wouldn’t recommend to people who sleep light as the room doesn’t have a good sound insulation. Other than that, I really enjoyed it, thank you Lloyds!

Sound insulation is not very good The floor of the room is made of cement, which may bother some people. However, slippers are provided and they are not dirty. I walked around barefoot. Overall for business travel is ok Maybe it’s not suitable for traveling (personally I think) We will give you a choice for breakfast. One is Nasilemak and the other is Pesto like the one in my picture. Good value for money Invincible and close to TrX, only a five-minute walk!

The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. He is a young and bubbly guy not sure his name but he's at 22 yr old lol. Room is quite small but functional. Breakfast is not bad for the price we paid. However as mentioned by others sound proof is not good as I can hear the neighbour talking. The breakfast area is very small they might have an issue if the hotel is full. Luckily we went at a non peak period so this is not an issue for us. The hotel even give us complimentary cookies upon checking in. Upon checking out, leave my luggage there and they still offer me bottled water. Thank you so much for the pleasant stay 😊

The hotel is well located, close to shopping centers and attractions. This is a plus, but the hotel itself is 50/50. The restroom on the balcony is not very convenient; the door does not open and close well. The room lacks coziness and there are not enough hooks for towels, especially near the sink. Check-in was very strange, we waited for an employee for 5-7 minutes, there was no one there. They took the deposit and did not give a document about the deposit. Breakfast was good, but there wasn't much choice. We arrived at 10:00 and there was a complete lack of pastries and fruit. The pool looks like decoration, it is not functional. No fitness room. In general, a good hotel for 2-3 days, but if for 5-7 days, I wouldn’t book it. Another huge plus is that there are many good restaurants nearby.

A boutique hotel which is very near to TRX. Less than 5 minutes walking . The pool is very small and we need to pay fRM20 or the car park even we were the room guest

Great location with great selection of restaurants nearby, walking distance to TRX mall and MRT station, friendly and helpful staff.

The location was fantastic near to TRX and MRT station, walkable distance to Bukit Bintang , staff was very nice and friendly. Although garden room at the garden have mosquito but overall still very good experience, near by lots of cafe and good food. Will surely surely book again when visit KL. The funny part , the conceiger will be able to view how you relax by the pool right in front of the reception

Great location with simple but artistic design. However the sound proof is bad especially with ongoing construction work nearby. The staffs require further training as they can’t even communicate properly for simple matters. There are also no enough seats for breakfast. People have to fight for food at the buffet corner.
