夜の遅い時間のチェックインでしたが､フロントの方の対応は好感の持てる対応でした。
駐車場利用の説明も丁寧でしたので、なんの不満も無く滞在できました。

設施：該有的都有，但日本酒店一如既往的小。
衞生：每天都有阿姨清掃，保持得很乾凈。
環境：熊谷站南口出來就能見到（不明白大家去熊谷幹嘛）
服務：小酒店，沒啥服務，延遲點退房都不讓，超過11點就要收延長料金。

駅から近くでとても便利でしたが、wifiの環境がとても悪く、フロントに問い合わせましたが状況は変わらず、pc作業には不便でした。改善を希望します。

立地も良く値段もそこそこで泊まり安かったです。星1つマイナスにした点は1000円で追加した朝食がイマイチでした。しかしながら、それ以外は良かったのでまた泊まりたいです。

初めての利用でしたが、普通のビジネスホテルより、部屋とバスタブが少し広く、子連れでも利用しやすかったです。
掃除は綺麗にされていたと思います。
朝食は品数が少ないように感じましたが、パンも温かく、ヨーグルトと手作りいちごジャムがとてもおいしく、家族全員おかわりしました。
