We arrived at the hotel early in heavy rain on my first day to prepare for a conference the next day. What touched me the most was when I went back to the front desk to drop off my backpack, I saw the staff quietly wiping the rainwater off my luggage. Such meticulous and thoughtful service! Additionally, the receptionist's English was excellent, explaining all the facilities and services clearly and in great detail. A perfect stay! Whether I return on my own or recommend a place to colleagues in the future, this hotel will definitely be my top choice!

Room was small , just nice for 2 pax and two piece of 24inch luggage, bath room was clean and with bathtub, location was convenient, a convenient store just opposite of the hotel

Considering the price, the room was clean, the facilities were well-equipped, and I had a comfortable stay.

It's a 5-minute walk from the airport bus stop, in an alley next to an arcade, behind a department store, and within 20 minutes of walking to the south gate of Kumamoto Castle. It's the perfect location for sightseeing in Kumamoto.

The value for money is excellent, and the breakfast is super delicious—the one with the most breakfast options I've ever experienced in Japan. The room size is also just right; the double room was perfect, and the twin room I booked for a friend was fantastic. The bathroom was huge, and the room was spacious enough to easily unpack and unpack. It's also very close to the airport bus stop. Highly recommended!

The location is great, very convenient and close to the city tram station, but the pillows and quilts are a bit unclean. After staying for two nights, my face was a bit allergic, but the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good

Excellent location and friendly service! Welcome drinks are served in the afternoon, and there's a happy hour from 5 PM to 7 PM. The breakfast is exquisite, delicious, and varied—surprisingly plentiful.

This was my second time staying at this hotel. While there were some great aspects, such as the drink service, pajamas, and shower heads, I felt that it lacked cleanliness. When I woke up this morning, I was bitten by several mites, and my bites were itchy, red, and swollen, and they still haven't healed. Also, the man at the reception desk didn't even smile, and I wouldn't say he was very pleasant. The location is good, close to the downtown area, but given the cleanliness and customer service, I don't want to stay here again. The breakfast was delicious, but I felt pressured to leave early even though I was enjoying my meal. This was a very disappointing trip.
