I was going there for a medical appoin**ent through Hope Air and I am disabled and was unable to get the suitable room for the full 3 days so found myself stuck making 2 price bookings very different!!

It was good but I would have liked the pool to be open on Monday morning and for the price of the arcade 3 hours I find it long 3 consecutive hours so we only stayed 1 hour for $40 1 child 1 adult

Breakfast was disappointing. There was only raisin bread - no plain, no bagels, nothing - they said they were out. Perhaps having bananas or yogurt would be good for families. Milk was empty. Was definitely expecting more. Otherwise good.

The room was all good but other amenities were subpar, very very long lines for registration, continental breakfast was subpar (no fruits), countless unattended young boys at the pool (youth sports teams are the worse in any hotel), no parents in sight cause you know, boys will be boys... the lifeguard didn't stand a chance!

Overcrowded, noisy. The so called Continent Breakfast is everything but continental. We all know that smashed egg are made of industrial liquid egg, but come on, make some effort to make it like crafted, fresh, not floating on the mix of water and milk left unmelted! Anything else to replace the same groceries sausage 4 mornings in a row?

It was well located and comfortable during an overnight stay for a business trip before going to my final destination.

We arrived at the property after a very long day around 6:30pm,the desk clerk was with a client casually talking about vacations, so we stand in line . The conversation lasted for 10 min, and than the client had a personal call , he still stayed there talking , the clerk never bothered to tell him that we were waiting ! Finally the client realized that we were there and stepped aside. Also the clerk told us that the second bed was a wall mount bed , very easy to pull. Well , it is easy to pull but it’s very heavy and we had a hard time controlling the descent , to the point of hurting our wrists.

Nice rooms but bathroom wasn’t so clean with splatters around the mirror and on the wall. The rest is on par with equivalent hotels.

Security could be better with card lock on annex door and elevator. Canada may be safe enough without it.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Must and especially the service from the staff. They were, to a person, very attentive to all our requests and specific needs. Terrific experience and would highly recommended this Hotel to any traveler.

Great place to stay from or to the airport. Friendly multilingual staff. Great breakfast! Close to the conveniences of the suburban shopping. Rooms were huge and well-maintained.

It was a convenient place to stay one night pre-cruise. Gluten free breakfast options were very limited. The place was a little run down and could have used a bit more cleaning. Walmart is close for any last minute needs.

Please don't stay here! Very shady and not a nice hotel. We had a reservation made through ******* for one night. We are Americans and were arriving after 9pm and all day of flying. We were checking in and were told that we couldn't drink the water. I couldn't really understand why but they told us it was something city wide I believe. Well why didn't they have the decency to let us know in advance?! I would have picked up some water bottles because I was already dehydrated. The one clerk at the hotel said we could get bottled water from THEIR machines. Well it was, $2.75 per bottle! Seems like a great way for them to scam up some extra money. A decently run hotel would have noticed us before we got there so I'm thinking it being a city problem was probably a lie. We were exhausted and wanted to sleep. It was very hot in our room so I went to turn on the air conditioner (on the wall) but you couldn't adjust the temperature!! I went down to complain and the front desk said the only person who could do repairs was one for the night. I asked for a different room and was told I couldn't get one. We were not compensated at all for this negative stay. The one good thing was the hotels clerks spoke fluent English.
