On our way back to Northern Europe we stayed in that hotel. We arrived quite late and booked 2 roos for a family of 3 ... and a dog. Check-in was smooth and the receptionist very effective. I was surprised to see that we were able to get 2 rooms that communicated one with the other, while we did the reservation the same day of our arrival. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Located a couple of miles from the A10 highway, it is also close to a shopping center with several restaurants. Definitely a good option on you way to the South or back to the North.

Ibis Niort East Mendes is usually stop point for me 3 or 4 nights per year. The last 2 stays were very bad experiences. The last one in July 2022, i had a reservation for one room with two single beds (travelling with a family member). However the room made available had one bed for 2 guests. The reservation had been made ànd paid for one month in advance and in spite my complaints at the hotel reception, no other room was made available, or alternative offered. I was told that no other rooms were available and that my reservation had been dealt by an estagiare that did not pay enough attention to it when allocating the room type. This excuse by it self is already chocking. Also, being a silver member of the Accor fidelity card, a voucher for drinks should be offered, this was not the case.

The hotel is good. The people at the front desk were very friendly. We went to the next door restaurant for dinner and there the staff was very friendly. The food was typical French with an American accent.

Propreté, accueil convivial et sérieux, piscine tres agréable, accès un peu complexe la première fois...mais on ne se lasse pas de cette halte reposante.

Het is een goed bed , het zijn propere kamer , extra kussens zijn aanwezig , het ontbijt is in orde , alles is lekker .. heel vriendelijk personeel . We gaan er elke keer als we in 3 dagen naar spanje rijden . In de buurt is een restaurant “o la vache . “

Situé dans une zone commerciale (proche de Boulanger). Personnel accueillant et serviable. Chambre avec penderie (4 cintres + 2 étagères). Douche spacieuse. Présence d'un sèche-cheveux. Wi-Fi fonctionnel. Bonne isolation phonique. Petit déjeuner (buffet) : œufs brouillés, bacon, jambon blanc, fromages (blanc et secs), salade de fruits, compote de pommes, jus de fruits, pains, confitures (dont angélique), thé [sachets et en vrac (Kusmi)], café. Prêt de serviettes pour la piscine (ouverte de 7h à 22h30) située au 1er étage : eau à 33°C, présence de douches et de 2 transats, bassin = 8 m L x 1,30 m profondeur).

Hôtel avec parking extérieur gratuit. Accueil aimable. Chambre correcte. Présence d'une piscine intérieure chauffée bien agréable et d' une petite salle de fitness. Petit déjeuner correct (manque seulement une machine à presser les oranges).
