Good Things: - The view from our villa balcony was beautiful. - The rooms and bathroom were comfortable and clean for a family of 4 (I have a 6yo and 1yo) -The staff at the resort were polite and tried to help where Areas Needing Improvement: - Despite pre-ordering our dinner at 5 PM for a 7 PM meal, we were left waiting until 9:30 PM for our food to arrive. I pried and found out that there were only two people in the kitchen to prepare everyone's dinner. - Most of the resort's areas and facilities were poorly maintained, raising concerns about safety, especially for families with children. The lack of upkeep not only made these spaces uninviting but in some cases, dangerously unfit for use. -The cleanliness of these areas also left much to be desired e.g. pool areas, kids club areas. The pools looked dirty, there was a used diaper on the side, torn lounge chairs. The toys at the kids club areas were broken, dirty and had harbouring insects. Final Thoughts: The resort undeniably possesses immense potential, with its stunning location and the foundation for a truly exceptional stay. However, it's disheartening to see how the place is poorly managed and lack any maintenance. Perhaps the villas are the only part of the resort that is being taken care of. I won't be recommending this place to anyone based on my recent stay. I urge the owners and management to make the critical improvements in the near future before the place deteriorates further, and risking becoming irreparable and tarnishing its reputation and potential.

Great getaway in a nature set up resort with family. We booked the family tent which houses up to 12 people. Mixtures of 2 queen beds, 2 bunk beds and a sofa bed, the living room’s sofa is good for 2 persons as well. No TV, WiFi but there is a fridge and kettle. Good to bring some board games to bond with friends and family. There are 2 bathrooms within the room and it was great setting with a balcony with dining table.

1. We arrived and only be told that the activities was change to another time without even double confirm with us earlier. 2. No information of what dinner menu are available at 3pm. 3. Dinner prebooked at 4pm and to be serve at 6pm and are still waiting for our dinner now and it’s 7pm. Waited for 1 hour and still nothing.

Only good part of the Resort is environmentally friendly with new concept but customer service is no where near to the price you pay. Rooms are adequately spaced no shower gel & enough towel. When it comes to activity there’s no activity as they are all on maintenance. You get ripped off with sunset cruise but please don’t waste money. Food is utter disgrace. Had to wait 1.5hrs with kids for the uncooked food & recook was big fat lie. Dinner please forget about the quality & deliciousness. Cloth dryer or hanger is must have if the resort offer outdoor activity but there isn’t any. If you don’t like smell, mosquitoes & bug, it’s not for you. Honestly it’s not a kids friendly resort. You can spent quality & luxury time with the amount you pay for this resort. Never coming back again for sure.

It is hard pressed to find a place in Brunei which merges comfort and the outdoors. We brought our family of 10 people (3 generations), the staff were friendly and accommodating. We stayed in Wasai villa for 2 nights, which is an air-conditioned tent with 2 huge bathrooms and an outdoor dining table for us to chill. Great experience, especially the sunset cruise and early morning orchestra performed by the birds.
