The staff was very helpful and genuinely friendly. Very clean hotel and the pool was a popular spot for us.

Property was Average. Breakfast was good and staff very kind and helpful. Rooms are nothing special. Was quiet at night and slept well.

Check in was great. Staff friendly. Room was nice and bed was comfortable. Only problem was with the toilet - it was backed up. Informed desk when checking out.

The suite was very clean and beautiful however the bed was very uncomfortable. I'm 5'2" and have back issues and the bed being on a higher pedestal made it very difficult to get into and out of bed. I ended up sleeping on the couch which was extremely hard.

I would definitely stay here again. The staff were very nice, the breakfast bar was super good & I even got to check in early! The only things that I would say were mediocre were the walls in this hotel are pretty thin so I could hear kiddos running around and everyone talking when they were in the hallway and then one of my pillows had some stains on it but I just didn’t use that one because I had plenty others to use!

Very convenient location next door to the Crystal Grand. Was able to park at hotel and walk over to the concert we were in town for. The hotel was staff was friendly. The room was nice, there was a tooth flossing pick on the floor that was rather gross but other than that it seemed clean. Once thing I look for in a hotel is the option to have the heater fan run continuously as it helps me sleep. This one had that option but it didn't work. Therefore all night long every time the heater came on I woke up. Walls also seemed paper thin. Next to the heater fan and hearing the person next door snoring all night, I got little sleep. The beds and pillows were comfortable and seemed new. The breakfast was good, typical with eggs, sausage, cereal, fruit, waffles etc. Overall, a nice stay and I would stay again if going to another concert.

What a nice facility! We have stayed here 4-5 times in the past two months while caring for a nearby relative in hospice. The staff is kind and accommodating. The rooms (2 queen-sized beds) had all the amenities we needed for comfort: Soft sheets; fluffy, thick towels; excellent mattresses and pillows.

Overall, our stay met our needs. It was conveniently located to the concert venue and we were able to walk there. Also, the hotel was quiet and the bed was comfortable. There were a few drawbacks though. I noticed the bathroom and bath towels smelled musty like there was maybe mildew. Also, there was no hairdryer in the room and the front desk did not have one. I ended up driving to a store and purchasing one. I guess now I have a backup hairdryer at home now. Staff were professional and despite the musty smell in the bathroom the property appeared to be clean.

Front desk was amazing, so friendly and even asked me what they could improve upon when I checked out. They know they could use hair dryers and a laundry, but easy access rooms, roomy lobby, contemporary tv system, plenty of parking, Great value!

Room could have been cleaned better, there was white stain on carpet near bed that obviously hadn't been cleaned and hand prints on bathroom door. Breakfast was good and coffee was better than most.

Room had some issues. Bathroom door would not stay shut. There was a hole in the wall where door had apparently hit it. Not a dent, but a fist sized hole where i could see into the wall. Room was somewhat dirty and we found used kleenex on check in. Staff are nice. Only reason i downgraded staff was because we asked for a hairdryer, which was not in room, was told they would have to get one from another room and would call us. Never called but we were provided one when asked a second time. That being said, i would stay here again.

We stayed here as we were traveling both ways to see family and go home at Christmas time. It’s newly renovated and looks great. The check in and checking out process was easy and we had no problems. The only weird thing was that the one night we started to smell cigarette smoke in our room and thought it so strange. I looked out the window (which faced a field on the backside of the hotel) and there was a lady smoking a cigarette while checking the rocks under or air conditioner. lol! It was the strangest thing ever. That had nothing to do with the hotel itself…it was a guest. We did get a good nights sleep and the beds were very comfortable.

Breakfast was only bread yogurt bagels orange juice and little doughnuts cereal dispensers where empty was not a good offering
