Very beautiful lake view from our balcony. It’s worth the higher room charge (as opposed to the hillview). Very friendly staff, got a machine in the lobby where you can brew coffee, chocolate or tea for free. Love that! We also ordered pizza at the Italian restaurant inside the hotel & got 10% off being hotel guests, Food was so so but it’s good to take the food we ordered & enjoyed them in the balcony!

Loved the lake view hotel room - beautiful view, even in February! It was a little too cold to walk to restaurants and shopping, but in warmer weather it would be a great location! We’ll definitely be back!

Overall, we enjoyed our overnight stay at Harbor Shores. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean and ready for early arrival (which we appreciated.) The "average" rating for Comfort was due to the King bed which was not so comfortable and sagged off on the edges. The TV remote was hard to use unless acquainted with Spectrum TV. Again, we enjoyed our stay but will probably try another place next time.

Everything was good, but it was not amazing. The room was clean but the bed was not very comfortable. It was all very basic. One thing I really liked was the view of the lake.

It was pretty great! Easy and friendly check in, the room was clean and suited our needs. All and all, it was a great stay!

We have stayed there before. It’s a great place because it’s close to all the things and places we like to go and do. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly.

Loved the hotel but the Italian restaurant attached was very overpriced and not very good.

I always enjoy the convenience of checking in and out. Facility is nearby almost anything. Staff is always friendly and accommodating.

Location is great - walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. It’s convenient having Gino’s East for a restaurant on the first floor of the hotel. Pool, hot tub, and sauna are ideal amenities. Parking is convenient, too. This was our second time there. It’s an affordable option!

From the very beginning we were greeted with a welcoming energy and every part of the hotel was clean and efficiently planned for a family. Our room was perfect. The view to the lake, balcony and even the faux fireplace made it so cozy. The pool area was not busy and perfectly set up with a. Sauna and jacuzzi. It is a prime location with many options within walking distance to coffee shops, shopping and dining or drinks. Definitely recommend and would stay again!
