"Comfortable apartment and quite clean. The only problem we had, due to the lack of reception, was communicating with the people in charge. There is no immediate response to email, prefer what's up."
"The girl who checked me in is simply amazing - when I checked in It was change of shift - I would have appreciated it if they said its change of shift sir, please sit down, relax and once done we will call you !
However the lady who worked from 3 to 11 was really nice together with a young lad who helped bring me an iron and also gave me a towel that was hidden in the room.
Given the Location and value for money its a good stay- air-con works perfect, quiet room and beautiful set up with room numbers hanging from the corridor ceilings !
Just two annoying things that bothered me - why dont they put the sink in the bathroom- there is a place for it between the shower and the toilet !
Sink in the bedroom isn’t great as water splash everywhere!
Wifi is a nightmare - you have to register 10 times and still cuts you off when not in use as you have to log in all over again entering your room number and details.
Thats it but everything else is good value for the money you pay"
"The front desk staff provided a very detailed and helpful check-in explanation. The sunset view from the room's balcony was absolutely amazing, and the scenery outside the window was first-class. The hotel has a partner car park about 200 meters away, which is very convenient. Highly recommended for self-driving travelers."
"I had a lovely stay at Abba Sevilla and got a room with beautiful city views, which made the experience feel even more special.
The location is great once you arrive. It is easy to get around the city, with restaurants and cafés right outside the hotel, and art and culture nearby.
One of the highlights was definitely the rooftop. The views over Seville are beautiful, especially at sunset. If you stay here, don’t miss the sunset from the rooftop pool — it is one of the best parts of the experience and such a beautiful spot for photos.
The food was also very good, and the overall stay felt comfortable and enjoyable.
One thing to note: if you have large luggage, getting to the hotel can be a little tricky because of nearby construction. But once you are checked in, the location is very convenient and easy for exploring.
Overall, I would recommend Abba Sevilla for the city views, rooftop pool, sunset atmosphere, good food, and easy access to Seville."
"The hotel's biggest advantage is its extremely convenient location. It's opposite a large shopping mall with a supermarket and casual dining options in the basement, and an Aldi store is nearby. There are many restaurants around, and various attractions are within walking distance. Taxis are readily available right outside the hotel. The airport is a 20-minute taxi ride away. The hotel is fairly standard, similar to a Holiday Inn. The breakfast is also decent. Bottled water in the room is charged separately, and late check-out incurs an extra fee. However, the overall cost is reasonable. The hotel is clean and hygienic. It's a good choice."
"The hotel room was clean and well furnished but the customer service was truly deplorable. We checked into the hotel midday at a non peak hour but the attitude we received was purely unadulterated ******. The young woman checking us in was on her phone texting throughout the process and was uncooperative in providing the necessary information about their own hotel, going as far as to curse ”you chinese” in Spanish under her breath as if we couldn't understand. She only improved her tone after some persuasion in English. I find this kind of service in stark contrast to the quality of the hotel and has ruined my time here in Sevilla."
"The location is fantastic! Downstairs there's a shopping street, similar to Nanjing Road in Shanghai. The hotel is relatively new, and it was the quietest one we stayed in throughout our trip (perhaps because our room was on the top floor). The hallways have carpets, so even dragging luggage didn't make any noise. We slept really well. The room was quite clean, and the price was very reasonable. Overall, it offers excellent value for money. There's direct access to a coffee shop from the hotel. Seville is a great place, and I'd love to visit again!"
"The hotel was new and very clean. It was located right in the city center, within walking distance to everything. The staff at the reception were very friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast was also excellent. I would definitely choose this hotel again when I come to Seville."
"The common facilities were perfect, the service staff was friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness... [hair in the toilets]. The room didn't match a 4-star standard. The bathroom floor was ruined, as was the rest of the bidet. There was no hot water. We had to ask reception for toothbrushes. The heating was very noisy, so we had to turn it off both nights to sleep. There was mold in the bathtub, but the worst part was the soundproofing, with all kinds of noises: people commotion on the street, garbage trucks, cars, etc.
P.S.: OUR STAY: ROOM 108, check-in on 01/18/2024 and check-out on the 20th."
"The facilities are perfect; the family room is very spacious and comfortable for families. It's clean and tidy. The hotel environment is beautiful. The front desk service is excellent, and check-in was quite fast. The hotel's surroundings are lovely, and it's not far from the attractions—the Metropol Parasol is just a 10-15 minute walk away. This is the most spacious, comfortable, and beautiful hotel we've stayed in during our trip. The slow pace of Seville can be leisurely enjoyed here for a few days; I absolutely love this 'Orange City'."

Great
NneroomiThis is a stylish hostel with a very new feel to it 🤍. It's clean and you can tell they've put thought into various details.
Pros: Clean, curtains on beds, ample luggage storage, rooftop, tap water/sparkling water machine.
Cons: There were no female-only rooms available so I stayed in a mixed dorm, but the shower stalls were too small and my clothes got completely wet 😭. There wasn't really anywhere convenient to change.
The facilities stayed consistently clean because the cleaning staff were always tidying up – early mornings, after check-out, and regularly throughout the day! It's great that there are containers and drawers to store your own food and condiments. My coke did get stolen though... 😂 But it was nice to have apples available at the front desk every morning!
GGuest UserIt was okay. The room was quite spacious, and the air conditioning worked well. The 24-hour front desk was a nice touch. The pool was a bit small, and it's a little far from the attractions, but the facilities are all quite new. Breakfast was just average.
PPianist with no handsUnbeatable location, and the first attraction is just around the corner. 6mins to Flamenco Theatre, 10mins to Macadona, 10mins to Cathedral, 20mins walk/10mins drive to Estacion / Playa De Espanol.
Surrounded by tapas restaurants and bars, I would rather walk 6 minutes close to the cathedral to get more tasty food in those restaurants.
Lift in the 5-floor building with a public terrace at the top floor. My dad loves staying there, enjoying the sunset.
The apartment is newly refurbished in a modern way. Kitchenware and utensils are provided.
Because of our late check-in, the sofa is not set up with bedding.
This spacious apartment has no problem fitting four people; we two felt comfortable having our own space.
The Wi-Fi is fast, but there is no reception in the bedroom.
A long table has no problem being used for having meals and having all my studies put on the table.
A coffee maker and kettles were provided, and the lady gave us more cups for our 4-day stay.
The washing machine created loud noise, and the repairman fixed it the next day. We didnt complain about it, but there should be a hotel guy bringing the repairmen to come in. We felt a bit unsafe letting two men to come into our room.
All those things I mentioned could be easily improved in no big deal. We really enjoyed our stay there. We want to come back next year.
LLilisisiFacilities: Excellent
Hygiene: Good
Environment: Quiet
Service: Very good
Stayed for 3 nights, it was very quiet, the bedding was comfortable, and the hotel's service was excellent. Transportation was convenient too. Seville is definitely worth staying in for a few extra days.
Wwangwei02aAn absolutely fantastic hotel! While it's a bit far from the city center, there are several bus lines nearby. Bus route 3 takes you to Plaza de España, from where you can easily walk to the Seville Cathedral, the Royal Alcázar, Las Setas (Metropol Parasol), and the bustling streets of the old town, as well as the main bus terminal. Bus route 12 goes directly to the main train station. The room decor is very new and the staff are incredibly welcoming. We were supposed to check in at 3 PM, but they kindly allowed us to check in for free around 11 AM. The breakfast spread is generous, and you can even make your own waffles!
GGuest UserThe location is excellent, very close to many attractions. However, the signal in my room was terrible; sending messages was incredibly slow, and I couldn't even use my phone. I had to step out of the room to get a signal. Also, something really strange: the shower area in the bathroom was completely transparent from top to bottom! Luckily, I was the only one in there when I showered.
IismaelMThe apartment is in the heart of Seville, just a few meters from the Mushrooms in Plaza de la Encarnación, so the location is excellent.
The apartment has absolutely everything: kitchenware, bathroom amenities, a closet outside the bedroom, an ironing board and iron, towels, a duvet, and two pillows per bed. The bedroom has a small balcony overlooking the street and air conditioning. The living room is spacious with a TV and a large, fully soundproofed, and very bright window overlooking Plaza del Cristo Burgos, from where you can see the Mushrooms of the Encarnación.
The bathroom was spacious and everything was very clean. The apartment is one of the best I've stayed in in Seville to date.
Bright, spacious, and right in front of the parish of San Pedro.
And the location? Unbeatable. It's right in the center of Seville, just a few meters from the Encarnación (the mushrooms). Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to stay in these apartments again.
A very gratifying weekend.
The automated check-in process may be a bit confusing. But there are two highly trained receptionists who will help you with everything.
JJaeiiThe front desk staff were so kind, which I really appreciated. I was satisfied with this accommodation as it was an affordable place for me to stay alone, and the service was good too.
YYury SamkouThis is truly student housing. It's clear from the name, but it's still surprising that this option is available for booking at all. I booked it for one night, between flights. It's located far from the city center and the airport, but it's conveniently accessible by bus. The premises are clean, but there's absolutely no soundproofing, so you definitely won't be able to get a good night's rest.
