They allowed us to do an early check in. Quite a small room that was not too bright. No kettle so we had to go down to ask for one. They asked us to go to the Hotel's restaurant to get one. We don't know how to switch on the air conditioning and we lived beside the streets so we couldn't open windows to sleep. Our room's temperature was so high all of us woke up in the middle of the night perspiring. We had to open the door for a while for the cold air outside to enter to cool the room down a little. The bathtub also had no shower screen so when we shower, water would splash all over the toilet floor.

The hotel changed our reservation before we arrived, I guess to a room with a city view. This was lovely looking at the cathedral.
The room was spacious but an awful smell from the bathroom and drains, had to leave the bathroom window open.
Nice hotel, bit of a walk from the center but not too bad.

The location is fantastic! The cathedral and palace are right next door, just a few minutes' walk away. Seville is quite small overall, so even Plaza de España isn't far on foot, and the walk itself is scenic. I stayed here for four days, and除了往返机场, I could walk everywhere else, which was perfect for exploring. The facilities meet the general standards for a European hostel – no major issues. The front desk staff were very warm and friendly, as were my roommates. If I had to pick a flaw, it would be that the guardrail on the top bunk was a bit short; I felt a little uneasy the first night, worried I might fall off, haha. But overall, it was a really great stay. Seville is truly amazing and definitely makes it into my top 5 European cities!

The staff is very kind and friendly.
All is clear, thank you to cleaning staff.
There is nice kitchen (but is closed from 23:59 till 8:00) like reception (8:00 - 22(~23)
You can buy breakfast (8-10 :00 ~4 €).
There is a nice terrace upstairs.
It's no free towel.
The washroom near the room for women doesn't work. It was not comfortable to use the shower. No private space and no space for personal things. You need to push the button constantly. It's absolutly bad.
There is a steep staircase.

The lobby reception staff were friendly and helpful, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the cleaning staff kept the rooms very clean, which was commendable. They even changed the garbage bags regularly and helped wash the dishes that guests hadn't cleaned!

One person and one compartment praise! Good health, relatively safe, there is a separate password cabinet, the disadvantage is that the compartment is a bit hot, the exhaust fan will be a bit noisy, but the overall is very comfortable! There are supermarkets around, you can choose to buy water and food in the tea room, about 20 minutes walk from Plaza de España, very recommended!

Location: The hotel is right next to the Spanish Steps, and you can see them from your window. It's about a 10-20 minute walk to the Royal Palace and the Cathedral, but it was a bit exhausting walking back and forth due to the hot weather. The hotel pool looked amazing, but I was too tired every day to use it, which is a bit of a shame. The lobby sofas are super comfortable, and there's complimentary champagne 🍾 at the check-in desk, which was a nice touch. However, the hotel was undergoing renovations, and the elevator was a bit rickety.
Cleanliness: It was relatively clean. On the first day, I noticed a minor issue with the coffee cup spoon, and the cleaning staff were very apologetic.
Service: The service was good. The housekeeping staff were very enthusiastic and actively resolved any issues. The front desk attendant who arranged my early check-in was very kind and thoughtful.

GGuest UserThe perfect base for our family as we explored Seville for a long weekend towards the end of October. Excellent room, great breakfast which gave the kids plenty to choose from. Very friendly helpful staff, and the added bonus of the pool still being open, despite literature saying it would be closed. Fantastic! All the sites this side of the river were within a half hour walk, and the airport bus collected and dropped off just outside. A very enjoyable stay and highly recommended!

The service staff of the restaurant next door saw that we have been waiting for a long time. They are very enthusiastic to help solve the door opening. Give the restaurant next door a thumbs up 👍, thank them, check out the day, The cleaning staff came to knock on the door at 10:59 on time, except that there were no other problems, a great house.

GGuest UserI highly recommend this hotel! The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Most importantly, the hotel is exceptionally clean – I even felt comfortable walking barefoot on the floors.
The location is quite convenient too. It's just a 10-minute walk after four stops on the EA line. You can also walk to the Royal Palace and Plaza de España in about 20 minutes.
The hotel WiFi is strong, and the breakfast is quite extensive. A really great experience overall!

However, I didn't sleep well because a new roommate checked in at 3 AM. They were constantly coming in and out of the room, which was quite disruptive. IismaelMThe apartment is in the heart of Seville, just a few meters from the Mushrooms in Plaza de la Encarnación, so the location is excellent.
The apartment has absolutely everything: kitchenware, bathroom amenities, a closet outside the bedroom, an ironing board and iron, towels, a duvet, and two pillows per bed. The bedroom has a small balcony overlooking the street and air conditioning. The living room is spacious with a TV and a large, fully soundproofed, and very bright window overlooking Plaza del Cristo Burgos, from where you can see the Mushrooms of the Encarnación.
The bathroom was spacious and everything was very clean. The apartment is one of the best I've stayed in in Seville to date.

And the location? Unbeatable. It's right in the center of Seville, just a few meters from the Encarnación (the mushrooms). Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to stay in these apartments again.

Wwangwei02aAn absolutely fantastic hotel! While it's a bit far from the city center, there are several bus lines nearby. Bus route 3 takes you to Plaza de España, from where you can easily walk to the Seville Cathedral, the Royal Alcázar, Las Setas (Metropol Parasol), and the bustling streets of the old town, as well as the main bus terminal. Bus route 12 goes directly to the main train station. The room decor is very new and the staff are incredibly welcoming. We were supposed to check in at 3 PM, but they kindly allowed us to check in for free around 11 AM. The breakfast spread is generous, and you can even make your own waffles!

GGuest UserThe location is fantastic! Downstairs there's a shopping street, similar to Nanjing Road in Shanghai. The hotel is relatively new, and it was the quietest one we stayed in throughout our trip (perhaps because our room was on the top floor). The hallways have carpets, so even dragging luggage didn't make any noise. We slept really well. The room was quite clean, and the price was very reasonable. Overall, it offers excellent value for money. There's direct access to a coffee shop from the hotel. Seville is a great place, and I'd love to visit again!

YYury SamkouThis is truly student housing. It's clear from the name, but it's still surprising that this option is available for booking at all. I booked it for one night, between flights. It's located far from the city center and the airport, but it's conveniently accessible by bus. The premises are clean, but there's absolutely no soundproofing, so you definitely won't be able to get a good night's rest.
