We visited the Acla Filli restaurant twice. The first time we just went for ice cream and coffee. I had an Affogato - the best one I had since our 3month trip in Switzerland. But what really impressed us was the service we got from the Italian waiter. We enjoyed his joly and efficient service, something very hard to find in Switzerland. He was the reason why we came back for my birthday dinner. The food is pretty basic but the service again excellent. We certainly would visit this place again.

Ants in the restaurant on both tables we were seated. And wrong food served on top of it. I ordered Bresaola and got pork. They first insisted that it was correct what I had on my plate, only after we insisted to bring it back to the kitchen they apologized and said that no beef was left

We stayed one night here as we used it as a base for a one day hike in the Swiss National Park. My only regret is that we should have stayed longer. The hostess was incredible and very helpful. Breakfast was delicious. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. We loved the style the rooms were decorated in. I can only hope I get to go back some day!

Had the best time mostly thanks to the hospitality friendliness and knowledge of the staff. Facilities were good, hotel was easy to find and super cosy. Great views and amazing bathroom lighting 😉 Breakfast was delicious Biggest thanks to eina (hope I spelled her name right) who played translator for us and was an amazing and cheerful host

Loveless restaurant, unkempt terrace with plastic chairs and plastic tablecloths on the tables. Red Bull drinks machine, various advertising parasols, unkempt flowerbeds. Friendly, attentive service

The rooms are clean and simple and the hotel is centrally located. The room was covered in notes and instructions, making it feel like you were doing something wrong. Instead of old appliances being removed, they were also covered with notes. As we walked from the parking lot to the main entrance, someone was standing at the side entrance. We walked around the building to reception, the person from the side entrance was now standing at the reception (right next to the side entrance). It was the boss himself. I would expect that here they would ask guests to go through the side entrance if they could already see them.... On the website, which seems to be from the 00s, it said there was a breakfast buffet with many types of bread from our bakery, the bread was not exactly fresh and there were only two types.
