Our hosts were very sweet and spoke excellent English, making it a fluid check in process. Instructions were provided ahead of time explaining how to access the property. They breakfast was lovely and the property is pretty close to a tram station that can take you into the Coty.

Very easy to check in and out. Location is decent and easy to get to with the trams. Overall presentation and facilities of the suites and communal areas are exceptional

A wonderful place to stay in Bordeaux! We had a room overlooking the pool and it was quiet, comfortable and clean. The decor was inviting and fresh. We really enjoyed the breakfast, especially the fresh squeezed orange juice. Maria Luisa and Sylvain were very helpful with dining suggestions and were wonderful hosts. The location was fantastic. We were able to walk the beautiful Parc ******aise as well as catch the tram into the city in a matter of minutes. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Amazing hotel, feels incredibly private with just 5 rooms. Exceptionally clean and maintained. We loved our stay here

During our 3 night stay we didn't see anyone. There is no reception or any person ever.
They don't make your room. I don't think it has hotel category.
And it's a little far from the center.
We decided on this hotel because it had a rating of 10, but in our opinion it is not 10.

I slept in room 5, I think it's the quietest room I've ever slept in! No noise. It is very spacious and comfortable. Entry into the house is very easy with an access code. The hosts are charming. Highly recommended!

Wonderful stay at Les Pénates in a very elegant and ideally located setting. The rooms are all equipped and very comfortable (level 5*). Ideal stay in Les Pénates: very comfortable room with chic and neat decoration. After an excursion in Bordeaux (location close to everything), being able to cool off in the swimming pool is a must. THANKS!
